This venue is set within an area covered in plastic rubbish, so walking to and from the venue was a challenge.
A very busty dual carriageway runs past the venue, making it very difficult to move around.
The swimming pool was lovely and the receptionist was kind and helpful but the room was not clean. The furniture was old and worn and the electricity supply was poor. For example, the room and bathroom lights did not work most of the time.
The bidet leaked.
The bed was clean and comfortable but this place had become neglected in recent years and required urgent attention.

When I’ve arrived the hotel was closed and there was no one at the reception. The room was big, though quite old and a little bit dirty. Early in the morning when I wanted to do check (I’ve asked about it the night before,so I’ve planned to leave around 8) there was no one at the reception, I was calling but no one picked up, so I’ve ended with leaving the key inside the room. Also you can have the transfer to the airport from the hotel, but no pick up, keep it in mind if it’s your first hotel in Phuket.

This place have good view and near airport. Pick up from airport is free. But not clean and management is bad. I got room that didn't clean up so they gave me other room but that room didn't clean up too. I waited 1 hour for them cleaning my room but in bin still have trash. It's not safe in covid situation. That time i wanted to cry. They have 2 men receptionist. One good and other one dotn't have service mind.

Keine gute Lage für Aktivitäten, aber nahe am Flughafen, wir haben einen kostenlosen Transfer morgens um 6 Uhr zum Flughafen erhalten.

Бронировал на trip.com номер с видом на бассейн.В итоге по приезду дали не тот номер…парень на ресепшене утверждал что все эти номера заняты.а у него в базе нет никакой информации какой конкретно какой был номер.он сказал что в этом случае он сам решает…я. Был очень расстроен, я мог отказаться но номер выбирал что бы после перелета отдохнуть.он говорит вы там сами напишите на trip если не устраивает но тогда вам нужно уйти из этого номера…но даже если вы и договоритесь я вам говорю номеров с видом на бассейн нет.СЛАВА БОГУ БОАЛИ НА ОДИН ДЕНЬ ПЕРЕНОЧЕВАТЬ.А так вполне уютно и тихо.

Отель переновчевать в районе аэропрта, ничего сверхествественого, но есть бассейн, до пляжа далековато, в остальном жить можно и не дорого, что главный плюс

По чистоте так себе. Но на ресепшене стоял чувак который исполнил все мои пожелания )) бассейн маленький. От аэропорта дошла пешком за минут 30.
