What an amazing experience on my first solo international trip. The location is absolutely fantastic right next to everything amazing in Kata. The room was lovely and the pool was great for practicing my scuba diving skills. BUT all that pales in comparison to some od rhe best customer service I have ever experienced. Gift and her husband began helping me work our details of my trip before I was even in Thailand making me feel much more confident as an independent traveler. Moreover when I came back with a vicious sun burn she cut some of her own aloe verra and saved me from a very uncomfortable second half of my vacation. In a land of the sweetest people these might be the best.

We spent a week at this place when visiting phuket in February. When we arrived the 'manager' checked us in and gave us some tips what to do and even helped us to rent a bike. We were given a very spacious studio with a kitchen and a sofa. It was situated on the first (ground) floor so we ate fruits for breakfast on the terrace in front of the pool. It's situated in a very calm area. We were very satisfied as the facilities were great and the staff even better.

Обнаружила ,что отзыв мой пропал...Были здесь в ноябре 2019 года, семьей из 6 человек. Снимали 2 номера.Нам все очень понравилось До пляжа Ката с детьми доходили за !0 минут. Район нам понравился. Отель тоже. Все чисто ,ухоженно. Отличные хозяева. Тихо и спокойно. Надеемся что вернемся.
