A good hotel in a quiet location, convenient for the nearby beaches. The rooms are not the biggest, but are clean and comfortable & serviced everyday day if required. Many restaurants in the general area. As usual its better if you rent a car or motorbike to get around as there is so much choice spread out over a wide area. The staff here are very nice and service minded, speaking good English. The complimentary breakfast is basic, but a nice touch.

Have stopped here many times .nice hotel .rooms need updating many bars and restaurants. Close to rawai beach.**

It's a very modest but clean and accommodating hotel. It's located in very quiet area, yet close enough to restaurants and shops. The room is basic, but it has everything you need, it's cleaned on daily basis. The staff is really friendly and helpful too making the stay there a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay. On our first day, a storm started just as we arrived, and they kindly left two umbrellas at the entrance for us to use during our visit. The cleanliness was impeccable as well, they cleaned our room every day without fail. The shower temperature was easy to adjust to hot or cold, and the bed was very comfortable.

This is a group of double-storey villas with 2 independent rooms on each storey. Car paring is available. Good air conditioning.

Place is nice enough, fairly basic but great value at the price. breakfast is just coffee and toast and a couple of pieces of melon. The location was good and the staff friendly. they did charge me a full day on a late check out they could probably have been more flexible on and the desk prices were several hundred baht more a night than using trip.com. Which they refused to match even though my original booking is that price. A bit odd as it is cheaper to use trip.com, and on top they lose the booking fee of about 20%. All in all it was a nice enough place , clean and comfortable at a good price. I would stay hear again, just always using trip.com to book.

Beautiful place with some very lovely cats to greet you when you visit! Spacious rooms and clean! Wifi worked great and there was even a breakfast in the morning. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee and tea

My second stay at the Sandy House will stay again in a couple of weeks.It is different to a hotel,home feel simple but very nice good location Staff a very friendly and helpful it is just of the busy main road but only 4 minutes walk to beach/ restaurants. Nice quiet stay but close enough .

Ok but walls are very thin
