Arrived in the hotel room at 8 in the evening to have welcomed by a few mosquitoes in the room, also, the bathroom door lock was damaged and not working. However both the issue were fixed the next day. Great sea view from the room and the breakfast had a good spread. Everything else was good.

Room service never answered. And we had to go to order directly to the restaurant.
Shuttle service is very bad. We were waiting for more than 20 mins. And we had to walk at the end.
Front desk super slow.

Would not recommend this hotel, this hotel is not child friendly at all the room they gave us was so far with so many steps and they didn’t have a lift so we had to leave our pushchair in the reception. The service was poor they gave dirty towels and didn’t even clean the rooms properly. Need a shuttle bus every single time you want to go in and out of the hotel. I would personally never come and stay here again.

My family had a very happy stay in Novotel Phuket Resort. Their service surpasses my expectation. Due to some misunderstanding in booking, I only got a Deluxe room instead of a Deluxe room with Seaview that I intended to book. There was no seaview room available when I arrive at the hotel. The hotel upgraded me to a family room with private swimming pool for the first night and subsequently upgraded me to a Deluxe room with Seaview the next day when it was available free of charge.
I booked the James Bond Island trip for my family via the hotel. However my younger boy was injured due to an accident the day before the trip. First, the hotel helped me to postpone the trip for 2 days and finally cancelled the trip with full refund when my younger boy was still unwell.
Khun Tok, the L/T Manager even took care of my elder boy by playing table tennis with him while I was taking care of my sick younger boy.
On the day when we checked out of the hotel, my elder boy vomited in the hotel due to stomach flu. The hotel provided email proof on request of Travel Insurance claim.
My family feel the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. The environment of the hotel is also very good, with panoramic sea view. It will definitely be my first choice in my next visit.
