Valoraciones de Sugar Marina Hotel-SURF-Kata Beach

Tuve una estancia increíble en este hotel. Estuve 14 días en el segundo piso. Tenía una vista preciosa de la piscina. Las señoras de la limpieza venían todos los días y dejaban mi habitación limpia. Me alegró mucho porque la limpieza era excelente y todas eran muy amables. En recepción me dieron información siempre que necesitaba algo. ¡Les deseo todo lo mejor y que tengan un buen negocio!

Tuvimos una estadía fantástica en Sugar Marina Surf, el personal fue amable y simpático, nos encantaría volver a hospedarnos allí en algún momento.

¡El lugar es realmente bonito! ¡El vestíbulo es interesante! El personal es muy servicial, especialmente el querido Fah, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia! ¡La ubicación es excelente!

Excelente ubicación con opciones cercanas de comida, masajes y restaurantes. También hay transporte a la playa; solo asegúrese de consultar el horario. La habitación puede resultar un poco oscura para algunos debido a su decoración temática y combinación de colores. Además, si deja la puerta del balcón abierta, podría encontrarse con mosquitos, algo común en la mayoría de los hoteles durante esta temporada. Vaya al 7-Eleven cercano para comprar un repelente eléctrico líquido; es efectivo, sobre todo porque el hotel no lo proporciona.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en el hotel. El hotel todavía está muy limpio, el servicio es atento y amable, es tranquilo por la noche y el desayuno es rico. Me gusta mucho la piscina. quemarme con el sol cuando nado por la tarde ~ excepto que hay muchos mosquitos. Hay un 711 cerca, además de un mercado nocturno, con frutas y mariscos ~ ¡Es una gran experiencia! No está lejos de la playa y puedes llegar a Kata Beach en 10 minutos. ¡Puedes tener buen humor todos los días! Me quedaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez ~

Un hotel con un concepto chulo, pero con una gestión muy torpe. Muchos lugares están en mal estado, sucios y extremadamente desagradables. La habitación en sí no está mal para pasar un par de noches. La piscina estaba un poco sucia, había obras por todos lados que probablemente no estarían terminadas hasta dentro de un año y medio o dos. No lo recomiendo si el precio es alto.

Hotel is conveniently situated near alot of restaurants, massage palors and close to the beach. The check in experience was good with the staff giving a quick introduction of the room. The room is very spacious with a big balcony. There is even a big bathtub! There is housekeeping service everyday with very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Phuket!

Thematic hotel near the beach. It only takes 10 min to walk to Kata Beach and 2 min walk in a crowded and tasty kata walking night market with great value for food. In addition, the hotel facility was amazing. We got to borrow towels to the beach, sandals, and even umbrella which unfortunately we did not bring on day one which causes us to buy raincoats from the street vendors. It was an overall great stay and wish could have stayed longer time.

Very disappointing experience. We specifically booked Kata Beach Surf because that was the hotel we wanted to stay at. Before booking, we had also looked at Kata Beach Pop and deliberately decided not to book it because it looked outdated and simply wasn’t the type of accommodation we wanted for our holiday. When we arrived, we were told that our accommodation had been changed and we were moved to Kata Beach Pop instead. This was incredibly frustrating. We had travelled all the way to Phuket expecting to check into the hotel we had chosen and paid for, only to be placed in the exact hotel we had already decided we didn’t want to stay at. Unfortunately, Pop was exactly why we hadn’t booked it in the first place. It felt dated, the accommodation wasn’t what we wanted or expected, and overall we have been very unhappy with the stay. We are actually checking out two days early and paying for different accommodation because we would rather lose the remaining nights than stay here for the rest of our booking. If we had been told before booking that we would be staying at Kata Beach Pop instead of Kata Beach Surf, we simply would not have made the reservation. Changing someone’s accommodation on arrival to a hotel they specifically chose not to book is unacceptable in my opinion. We booked Surf for a reason, and ultimately we did not receive what we booked and paid for. A really disappointing start to our Phuket holiday, and unfortunately I could not recommend the experience based on what happened to us

The hotel is strategically located, has excellent facilities, and has very friendly and welcoming service. I would like to thank Miw, Thandar, and Nana for their hospitality and service. Overall, everything was very satisfying.
