Valoraciones de Sailing Club Signature Resort Phu Quoc

Hice un pedido para este hotel después de compararlo durante mucho tiempo. Me sentí muy relajado tan pronto como entré por la puerta y tres o cuatro miembros del personal vinieron a ayudarme a recoger mi equipaje. Después de registrarnos, la recepcionista nos pidió que nos sentáramos e inmediatamente nos trajo una bebida de bienvenida, que sabía a jugo de ciruela agria. Originalmente debíamos registrarnos a las 3 de la tarde, pero las habilidades de coordinación del hotel fueron bastante buenas y nos permitieron hacerlo. check in a las 2 pm con anticipación. Reservamos la villa Polaris de 3 dormitorios. El primer piso es la cocina, el baño público, el lavadero y la sala de estar hundida. Hay un lavavajillas en la cocina, lo cual supera mis expectativas. Puedes comprar alimentos y cocinarlos. Hay ollas, sartenes, cuchillos y estufas. El patio y la piscina están completamente equipados. Hay 2 habitaciones con cama doble y una habitación con dos camas individuales en el segundo piso. Por defecto se alojan 6 personas, por lo que el desayuno es para 6 personas. Lo más interesante es el baño, que cuenta con un tragaluz para dejar entrar la luz natural y acercar a la gente a la naturaleza. El primer día que me registré, recibí una lata de galletas. El desayuno no era muy rico, pero el ambiente para cenar podría ser una ventaja. Ir a la playa no cambió un poco y se necesitaba un autobús para recoger y. dejar el hotel.

La villa con piscina es bonita y la piscina también es bonita. El personal también fue agradable y amable. Había helado para el desayuno, así que lo disfruté como postre :)

El vestíbulo del hotel fue la primera impresión del hotel, pero hacía mucho calor porque no había aire acondicionado. El restaurante de desayunos tampoco tiene aire acondicionado. Hay un ventilador, pero hace mucho calor. La habitación es limpia y bonita, pero realmente no hay aire acondicionado en el restaurante del vestíbulo. es realmente incomodo

From breakfast buffet at the Sandals to dinner at the Beach Club, both restaurants had positive surprises. All services and orders can be placed via their resort app (also local tours and activities outside the resort). The convenience gives you a lot of flexibility even when you are remotely away from the resort. Great vibes to have in-house BBQ next to the private pool inside the villa. Had to say the meat quality requires some improvements (wagyu wasn’t quite wagyu) but overall still loved it. Staffs were friendly although many struggled with colloquial english and often miscommunications. Yet they have tried every way to make you feel welcomed and all that matters.

We stayed in one of the signature suites with a private pool and were genuinely impressed with the hardware and facilities. The private pool was huge, spotlessly clean, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and we especially appreciated how well the resort handles mosquitoes – we barely saw any despite being surrounded by greenery. All staff members we encountered were polite and professional. That said, there were two incidents that left us quite disappointed and didn’t feel in line with what you’d expect from a true five-star property: 1. Upon check-in, nothing was explained about what in the minibar was complimentary and what was chargeable. Some items were included in the room rate (as we are booking their signature room, not only the ordinary one), others were not, but there was no clear signage or verbal clarification. We unknowingly consumed three paid items and were charged at check-out. It wasn’t a huge amount, but the lack of transparency felt unnecessary and slightly frustrating. 2. We accidentally knocked over and broke what appeared to be a very ordinary ceramic tissue box. The hotel charged us 490,000 VND for the damage, which in our view didn’t worth the high price but we accepted as it was our fault. However, not a single staff member asked if I was okay, if I had cut myself, or if we needed anything – it was purely transactional. A simple “Are you alright?” would have made all the difference and shown genuine care. Overall, the physical product is excellent, but the little touches of warmth, clear communication, and human care that separate good hotels from truly great ones were unfortunately missing on this occasion. With slight improvements in these areas, the resort could easily live up to its five-star billing. We still enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful room and pool, but left feeling it fell short of the expected level of thoughtfulness.

Beautiful and self sufficient resort located just under 15 mins away from airport. We reserved a 1 room villa with private pool which was so spacious and enjoyable. The resort offers free buggie which you can order via their app that allows you to travel to and from the main area and your villa Highlights included the spa which offered the best massage we’ve had in our lives, as well as the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of cuisines offered. Loved the drinks (from Vietnamese coffee, lattes, fruit juices to cocktails - yes for breakfast) as well as the Vietnamese Pho. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, would definitely love to be back!

Great villa and surroundings. Family friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Lunch and dinner menu is pretty narrow. All in all a great place

This villa is model and new. The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fire show every evening is great. There is buggy service to the beach club, takes just 5 min ride. It’s perfect for an evening drink and dinner with the sunset and relaxing vibe. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! The in villa BBQ quality is not very good though. We would prefer eat out or enjoy dinner at the restaurant more.

Good choice for family, the house is big and the swimming pool is clean.

Wow what a fabulous place..our villa was exceptional..spotlessly clean..comfy beds..beautiful decor and bedding..it had everything you need..absolutely exceptional staff and service..fantastic buffet breakfast..we will definitely be back! Thanks to the staff for a great stay

We were truly touched by how family-friendly this resort is! Our villa was ideal for traveling with kids — besides the pool that the little ones absolutely loved, it was also equipped with a water dispenser, washing machine, and dishwasher — such helpful features for moms 🥰 Every staff member we met was kind and took wonderful care of us. Since we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a variety of breakfast items for us to enjoy at the airport — such a considerate touch! The hotel app was super efficient and convenient — booking activities, arranging transportation, and ordering food was all quick and easy. Big thanks to Thien, the friendly poolside staff who looked after us so well for two days! Our kids had so much fun every day — playing chess, pickleball, frisbee, archery, and of course, lots of swimming! The fire dance show at the beachfront restaurant was also a highlight — entertaining and memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again 💕

Nice family resort. Little bit far from main amenities. Staff is great. The beach should be cleaned and forbid smoking.
