Good location, near restaurant, bars and market. Breakfast was good with Asian food and western food. I love the pool.

No hot water from shower. Water leakage from the air-conditioner. Need to change room: 2 nights in 2 rooms

Facility management is lacking. Slippery and prone to falling. Sewing pool is nice but little bit dirty

The hotel is in a great location at the 1 end of long Beach, within walking distance of both the town, night market and beach with various beach bars and restaurants. It has a lovely swimming pool overlooking the sea with loungers to relax on. We found the breakfast and serving staff to be fantastic. The hotel itself seems as if it was grand in its day, but is now showing signs of wear and lack of maintenance in some areas. We had mixed experience with service, the breakfast restaurant was great, but other service like the pool wasn't as great. There never were clean towels when we used the pool, just a pile of dirty ones, nor service. The reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful, but not all. Some could speak English, but there was a lack of understanding, which led to mis-communication when trying to get service. We enjoyed our time at the hotel regardless and would recommend it.

Good location within walking distance to Doung Dong town. But hotel need to do maintenance.

@Resort_Sunviet Fraud Manager and Fraud Hotel. Pls read whole review and too see thier fraudulent activity Pls do not stay at this hotel. First the washroom is not comfortable and very small for a Suite I booked. 2nd the room is very old and bad not comfortable. 3rd the staff is very rude and are fraud. I hired a bike and I was told the charge is 150 VND for one and half days. After I returned the bike at the reception and offered to pay the told me pls pay next day at check out. Now when I am checking out and leaving for the airport the rude manager on duty today 16 dec 23 around 7 30 am says the cost is 300VND. He says I can check the video recording but all this at the last moment when I had to catch a flight. He was lying and was very rude and this was well planned to quote double charge just at the time of check out.i agreed to listen to the recording but he was deliberately wasting time and not even going to the recording room. I have uploaded the photo below. Please don't stay at this hotel the staff is very very rude and have fraudulent intentions.

Неплохой отель ,рядом остановка бесплатного автобуса. Можно доехать практически до любой точки острова. Пляж недалеко. Достаточно чистый. Есть бассейн, можно кататься на сапах. Персонал не очень дружелюбный. При заселении пришлось долго ждать когда уберут номер. Завтраки нормальные, но достаточно однообразные.

В целом- отель не плохой, хорошие номера, завтрак, и конечно же шикарные закаты🥰 Завтрак довольно таки разнообразный, голодными не останетесь. Недалеко от ночного рынка, и множества ресторанчиков. Большой минус отеля - отсутствие собственного пляжа, но в 7 минутах ходьбы есть отличный пляж, с возможностью взять в аренду лежаки. Для этой цены отель хороший.

역대 최악의 숙소였습니다. 바다가 보이는 수영장이 있어서 해수욕이랑 같이 할 수있을거라 생각하고 예약했는데, 물살이 쎄기에 바다 수영이 불가능하고 해수욕장은 없습니다. (들어가는거만 가능한데 물이 탁해서 바다는 못들어간다고 보면됩니다.) 욕실에서는 공중화장실 냄새가 나서 불편하고, 수건에서는 숯 냄새가 나서 샤워하고 나서도 불쾌했어요. 수영장에는 벌레가 둥둥 떠다니고 비치베드는 여기저기 깨진게 많아서 다칠 수 있었어요. 중앙에 중정이 옛날식이라 멋있어보이지만 소리가 울려서 건물 전체가 시끄러웠습니다. 조식은.... 그냥 나가서 사먹는게 나을 정도에요. 완전 비추 ! 의외로 풀부킹이라 왜그런가 했는데 그 나라 단체 관광객이 묵는 숙소라서... 한국사람이라면 완전 비추 ! 그냥 돈 조금 더 주고 씨쉘리조트 가세요. 제발. 여행 도중에 숙소 바꾸고싶어서 참고 참고 참았습니다. 숙소에 돈 들이지 않는 편인데 돈을 좀 들이는게 맞구나 싶을 정도였어요. 제발... 가지마세요.

Хорошее местоположение, рядом остановка 17 и 19 бесплатных автобусов, можно доехать до/с аэропорта, Grand Word. Ночной рынок-минут 10-15. Бассейн чистый, комфортный. Лежаков всегда хватало, пляжные полотенца дают. Завтрак хороший. Большой балкон с креслами. Все отлично.

В целом не плохой отель, отличные завтраки хорошее месторасположение,хороший большой чистый бассейн,можно отставить вещи на стирку за не большие деньги (100.000 за 3 кг вещей)да с wi_fi беда у нас на третьем этаже не ловил толком, отель требует косметического ремонта, но по соотношению цена-качество отлично.
