It's located in the area that is not too close to the busiest part of the island, but still it's surrounded by enough dining options and it's not boring area at all. Resort is beautiful and has direct access to the beach. The beach itself is not the best you can imagine, but it's decent. One downside is that there's no swimming pool that would be handy sometimes, especially for kids.

The rooms are amazing, with traditional architecture, really comfortable, huge, and lead directly to the beach. The property is cozy and is very well located. The service can vary a bit depending on who is seated at the reception, and the rooms can get slightly noisy. But all in all, its a stunning property and we would readily recommend it to everyone

Amazing place for holiday. Beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere. Very nice people doing their job to make you feel comfortable. The food is delicious. Bar working very well. The beach is clean and water very warm. Love this place very much

We stayed second floor garden view room overlooking the exquisite tropical garden under canopy of coconut trees which is meticulously tended. The hotel is quaint and charming. Good breakfast. This small scale hotel hold a limited number of people, feeling like a home.

Coco palm resort is just a perfect place for a vacation in Phú Quoc. It is small, intimate and extremly pleasant to be at. Can't say enough about the garden which is a work of art. Rooms are beautifull and I will truly miss the balcony view of lush tropical greens and golden sand beach. Food is simple and delicious and the staff kind and professional. It was clean, calm, a bit away from the town but a free bus to the center stopps close by. Also one off the best spots to watch the surreal sunset colors. Including some photos to help you picture the atmosphere. We are greatfull to the staff for their hospitality and the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place.

The resort is nice, rooms are clean and well furnished. Breakfast was little disappointing. But the thing that made us change the hotel was construction site of another resort just by the window. They are making noise regardless of the hour- last night from 21 till 04… if it wasn’t for that I would give 5 stars.

Great place very well maintained, beach touches the resort, calm seas so one can go for a dip at any time. Staff good and helpful. Resort around 15 minutes walk from main road, but centrally located between the North and South and 20 min by road to the markets makes transportation not too expensive.

A tropical paradise .. beautiful hotel with a great manager and good team ..the location is amazing and the dining area is almost on the sea..clean cottage style room .. stunning garden ..and a manager who is hands on .. professional..the furniture is all wooden and hand made ... paradise..

This hotel is located right on the beach, if you looking for a relaxing peaceful time then this is the place for you.. One draw back is it is in the middle of nowhere and you need to use a taxi to get about. The rooms are fairly large and clean, with a nice balcony out front. Breakfast wasn't great and the buffet breakfast was cancelled twice because of the low numbers staying. I ate three times at the restaurant and the food was good and the staff excellent. I had to have the safe changed and the old safe still had a credit card in it but they have kindly sent it on to me. Overall its a good relaxing hotel.

First of all the negative, what pictures show on all travel website, there is no beach for the resort. But it's right sea front, and the location is 10/10, in fact it's very very beautiful setup, Staff was very courteous and helpful and assisting and manager Mr ganes is a gem, Hotel is very laid back with quality basic amenities and restaurant serves decent food, it's perfect holiday resort

We stayed at here for 3 weeks November/December. Our room (15) was great, large bathroom also. A good selection for breakfast - buffet style options, toast, juices, fruit, eggs cooked for you and a big pot of Pho available also. The sea is just gorgeous - tepid and easy to swim in as was always calm. You live in your bathers at this place. Their actual beach is small due ( a storm washed a lot of the sand away) but there are plenty of options close by if you want a big beach to walk on. It’s also a short walk to the fancier places for lunch ( eg Mango Bar or Chen Sea ) or Bamboo restaurant is also easy to get to - their beach is fabulous. The bar staff were excellent at whipping up yummy smoothies, cocktails, mocktails, coconuts, beers etc. The food was great - the staff were exceptional and super helpful. In fact the staff were one of the highlights and was sad saying goodbye to them. The location is good as being in the middle of the island means it’s easy to visit either end. We had a driver for a couple of days and went to Sao beach, starfish beach, the town of Duong Dong. We also did the 3 island tour (John’s) - all of which were worth doing. It was overall a great experience, good value for money and had everything you could want on a lovely tropical holiday 🌴🌴
