La ubicación está al lado de la playa de Kem, una de las playas más hermosas de Phu Quoc, con arena blanca y agua de mar azul clara, al lado de la playa de Sao. Piscina larga, tobogán, zona de juegos infantiles, zona deportiva con billar, ping-pong... precios económicos para un resort de 5 estrellas. La recepción de huéspedes que reservan habitaciones no es profesional. Reservé a través de Trip, pero el día del check-in, ningún miembro del personal llamó para preguntar sobre el problema de la recogida en el aeropuerto. Llamé a la recepcionista y le dije que mi formulario de reserva había sido pagado y que no había información de contacto. Reservé a través de Trip, por lo que el personal del hotel debe llamar de manera proactiva y pedirle a Trip que obtenga la información.

Localización, comida, playa, personal. Es como una universidad y Lamarck-tocado. Nunca tuvo un lugar como este en Vietnam. ¡No se preocupe, no hay mucho alrededor de JW! Pero puedes contratar un scooter o disfrutar del silencio de la isla sur!

The hotel is located in Sun Set Town, an Italien inspired small town with historical sights. Its beautiful but still quite empty, sure there is some smaller Hotels and Restaurants and some small grocery Shops. Near the water there is a Food Bazaar with Stalls and a lot of Food an Drinks offers but its just Open from 16 o clock, the Highlight of the town was besides the beautiful architecture the daily firework (expcect tuesday) The Hotel has a beautiful big Pool facing the sea and also Access to the Beach via some stairs. As it just opened it was not busy. As Hilton Diamond Member we got a free Canapé with two Drinks in the Evening and a Lovely suite upgrade with sea view. For the fireworks you can also Access the roof top terrace for a better view. During check in it took that someone came and Helped us with our luggages. Also there was some confusion about which is our luggages when they brought it to our room. This process should somehow be Improved especially when the Hotel gets busy. The Cabana Area should be a separated more from the public availilable Stairs as there is often people taking pictures of the Pool and also of you if you are next to this Area. Also near this Area with the cabanas they should also install a ladder to enter the pool as you need to walk around half of the pool to get into the water. The breakfast is fabulous and offers great variety and also great quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot especially the pool is a highlight. We will surely return one day to this beautiful hotel and location.

Lần đầu tiên mình và bạn trai đến PQ nên cũng không có kinh nghiệm nhiều , chỉ là chọn Nam Đảo để vui chơi do mọi người có review khu này yên bình và biển đẹp hơn Bắc Đảo . Mình cũng tình cờ chọn Maison làm chỗ dừng chân vì mình ấn tượng với phong cách thiết kế rất có gu hơn so với các KS lân cận và mình cảm thấy rất hài lòng với sự chọn lựa này của mình . Ngoài cơ sở vật chất mới , đẹp , có nét đặc trưng riêng thì mình còn ấn tượng với phong cách phục vụ của nhân viên ở đây - dù rất ít nv nhưng mỗi người đều rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tụi mình trong suốt quá trình tham quan vui chơi . Tụi mình đã thực sự có 1 chuyến đi mang đầy đủ tính chất nghỉ dưỡng và trải nghiệm khám phá rất trọn vẹn . Cám ơn nhà Maison thật nhiều và hi vọng các bạn sẽ có thật nhiều khách ghé thăm nhé !

El hotel es muy nuevo, el servicio es bueno, la hermana pequeña es muy guapa y no hay muchos tipos de desayuno. Las personas tienen diferentes valores, pero este es un buen hotel que te hace preguntarte si es necesario un hotel tradicional de 5 estrellas. Cuando fui allí, había un lavadero y un perro listo me dio la bienvenida. Como estoy buceando, no estoy allí durante el día, y lo elegí porque está cerca del punto de confluencia, pero me siento traicionado en el buen sentido. La comida es buena y el ambiente en general es bueno porque está en New World. Algunas cosas a mejorar son: ・Las luces LED blancas del dormitorio son demasiado brillantes ・Probablemente, casi todas las habitaciones están conectadas, y el agua y la conversación del próximo huésped se filtran por la puerta (si está en el dormitorio, no tiene que preocup**** por eso) ・Hay poco personal que pueda entender inglés Me pregunto si se trata de. Además, personalmente, pensé que iba a pedir una habitación con escritorio porque me preocupaba el trabajo restante, pero parece que no pude asignarlo bien. Mejor consultar directamente. Además, en Trip.com, el bot dirá sin rodeos que no hay servicio de recogida, pero si se comunica con el hotel, le proporcionarán un servicio de transporte a aproximadamente la misma tarifa que un taxi local.
