Quite a decent place. Older style hotel. Room fine, good river view too. Bed comfortable. Do not expect to have a refreshing shower unless you are under 150cm as it is fixed to the wall and made for small people. Anyone taller and bending down the only option, very poor really. Pool was quite good but cold as it gets no sun until much later in the afternoon. Refreshing though. Various on-site restaurants. Bar near lobby area, prices way too much I noticed. Breakfast was quite good although the staff were not friendly, seemed disinterested and some often seen larking about maybe as it was not too busy when we went. 5 minutes walking distance to train station where there are Tuk Tuks and a few eating places as well as the usual street food. 7-11 too. Train to or from BKK is worth the experience (but takes a while to go 70km) and 3rd class trip costs 15 THB...wtaf! The boat river crossing is closed at the moment as the river is too high. Getting across the river needs to be by Tuk Tuk or taxi really. Normally at least one Tuk Tuk outside the hotel too. You know the form, must haggle them down. We used Grab a lot and got where we wanted to go. Probably can walk to some of the historic sites but probably not advised and Grab is cheap and has AC so is the way to go. There is Soi Farang and Grand Street for a livelier atmosphere with more bars and restaurants, again a cheap taxi ride away. Overall not a bad place and decent location for a reasonable and not too expensive a price.

Hello, that's Elli and Eyan. We've been looking for the place like this forever! Such a beautiful small apartment we were staying in, with a kitchen and nice shower, with a hot tub and a balcony. House keeping stuff and other services are so nice and caring. Pool and jacuzzi were also superb. We were enjoying each other SOOOOO much in this beautiful hotel, super atmospheric.... People! Also, breakfasts are the best! It's soo nice to go down for the breakfast every morning. Varieties of different foods and beautiful relaxing music... Caring stuff that fills your coffee or tea cup any time you are about to stand up and get it by yourself... Recommended from the bottom of our hearts 💓

Was very impressed with the interior and architectural of the property, service is also attentive. However the 2 big let downs of our experience were 1. Insufficient parking space 2. Weak shower power As i arrived the hotel after dinner and was told by the guard to park of the side road temporary until the space is available. I just believe that hotel prioritized parking space of diners over the residents. They should manage it better next time round. I had to park my car by the side road which is dangerous until i ll be called upon to move the car after the diners have left the property. It is not at all convenient for us. Secondly, shower water power is very weak and heating system is not very stable.

Muy bonito pequeño hotel en una calle lateral. Por eso es muy tranquilo y frío en la veranda con música de jazz lounge. No hay ruido de tráfico. Las habitaciones son brillantes, pero no importa, ya que el hotel es tranquilo. Pienso más para los espíritus y familias tranquilos. Los propietarios eran muy amables y útiles y podían perfectamente inglés. El parque histórico está cerca de pie. Pero también hay bicicletas. Absolutamente recomendable.

Fuimos recibidos por una señora muy cordial, que era cálida, amable y que inmediatamente subió a Ayutthaya, señalando los principales puntos de vista y incluso proponiendo una ruta. También nos hizo calor para un viaje de barco por el río, con paradas en 3 templos, de los cuales el más bonito al atardecer. También nos recogimos gratis por un tuktuk que nos llevó al barco. A menudo cuando Thai trata de convencer a algo así es demasiado bonito para ser cierto, pero esto era realmente el problema y a un precio muy correcto. Aparte de este excelente servicio, había pocos puntos. - Había un olor muy desagradable en los espacios comunes. Felizmente teníamos un cuarto privado en otro edificio donde no lo estaba. - La cama era muy dura. Incluso el tren de dormir estaba mejor. - No diría que el desayuno incluyó, era café con una galleta, pero una noche, por sólo 16 euros, nos pareció suficiente.

Este es uno de las mejores opciones de albergue. Situado en el centro de la ciudad. Nice café y bar están en el piso. 5 minutos del albergue a la calle de comida y al mercado nocturno. Servicio de Van de Bangkok está en frente del albergue. Sin embargo, deberían limpiar la alfombra porque mi alfombra es muy malo.

La puntuación más alta proviene más de la puntuación emocional. El verdadero hotel, el jefe es realmente un tío y una tía. El entorno es muy hermoso y el interior es pintoresco. He desarrollado el buen hábito de quitarme las zapatillas en la puerta. Me quitaré los zapatos en templos y hoteles. En la planta baja se encuentra su restaurante y servicio de lavandería y servicio de alquiler de bicicletas. Una hoja de papel en la habitación tiene mapas de servicio y notas de atracciones, lo cual es muy poderoso.

Dear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin
