Second time staying here, it was another great stay. The staff is amazing. We loved the breakfast in bed. Cool art everywhere and it’s close to lots of fun restaurants.

If you come to this hotel, remember this: even if you've paid for overnight parking, your car may still get clamped. When you check in, they'll claim it's the hotel's parking lot, but when problems arise, they'll say it's a third-party lot that collaborates with the hotel—and refuse to offer any help. Their security supervisor even threatened to kick customers out. If you'd like your car to be clamped, you're welcome to stay here.

They charge 35 USD for amenities charges and during the booking they never mentioned it. This kind of hidden charges never appreciated by hotel as well as Trip.com

Really clean and nice area to stay , trainline has a stop just in front of hotel from the airport

We loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
