La ubicación es ideal, situada en el corazón de la ciudad. La habitación es limpia y nueva, aunque es un poco compacta. La vista es excepcional, con piscina al aire libre.

Cuando amas a alguien, quieres encontrar tantas formas de mostrárselo como sea posible. Pero a veces, simplemente decir ”Te amo” simplemente no parece suficiente. Después de todo, ¿cómo podrían tres pequeñas palabras, que le dices a tu pareja regularmente, capturar la profundidad y el significado de lo que realmente sientes por ella? No importa el estado exacto de su relación, su alma gemela le da todo tipo de sentimientos cálidos y confusos y quiere que lo sepa. Es por eso que encontrar nuevas formas de mostrar cuánto te importa, como enviarles adorables citas románticas sobre el amor que sientes por ellos, puede ser tan significativo.

¡Es una gran experiencia! Estaba aquí por una noche y el servicio/visualización/personal aquí es excelente! También el asistente de reservas manejador Tola es muy útil cuando tuve alguna pregunta sobre las reservas. ¡El servicio / medio ambiente / empleado aquí es muy bueno, está reservado para un problema, pero se ha tratado con tiempo! ¡Una gran experiencia de vivir!

El hotel se encuentra en una zona de 2 noches y se nos dijo que tuvimos que permanecer 2 semanas debido a un caso positivo en el vuelo, incluso no estoy seguro de si era el caso el receptor del hotel sólo sonrió cuando lo anunció. La habitación es sucia, cuando se le pidió la limpieza el limpiador le pidió dinero, y después de limpiar, era sucia por mis estándares. El baño era gris, tornillo y hojas eran amarillas con edad, que puedo hacer frente a, pero la suciedad negra en las superficies no es aceptable. Al final tuve que limpiar la habitación. Tienes que pedir toallas limpias y papel higiénico. Nos esperaban 3 comidas al día que olvidaban el desayuno los primeros 2 días. La comida de calidad es pobre y sólo caliente, el almuerzo probablemente se entregó al mismo tiempo que el almuerzo casi estaba frío. ¡No vengas a este hotel!

Este ha sido mi viaje al hotel en Phnom Penh. La ubicación no es un factor para mí, ya que puedo tomar tuk tuks en cualquier lugar. El servicio es bueno ya que la recepción puede conversar en inglés, chino y jemer. Las habitaciones están limpias y tienen un aspecto moderno. No hay mucho de qué quejarse, pero no te arrepentirás de haber reservado este hotel.

Probably one of the new best hotel that just opened this year in Phnom Penh. We were very impressed by our family suite. Literally huge with very modern amenities. Having 2 separated bedrooms and a large living room is a big plus. As many other reviewers we enjoyed the pool at the roof top. Do not miss the sunset. About the staff: some are very new to hospitality but you can see and feel the management are very experienced so there was no issue at all for the check in and out. The ladies at the front desk are particularly cute :)

Overall a comfortable and great value stay! The view from the room was amazing, I loved seeing the sun rise or watch the sky turn dark as the city lit up. As long as you're not too freaked out by the small cockroaches that will come out at night. Anyway I solved the issue by buying ”trap a roach” kits from Mr DIY at AEON mall, it was highly effective. Self service washing machine, microwave and toaster oven available at level 29. The swimming pool, steam room and gym was amazing at level 39. Note you are not allowed to wear the bath robe there, you need to be covered in your own clothes and change there. You need a separate access card to enter. Note u can change lifts at level 3A from the mall to reach level 28/29 too. There is a convenient Chinese supermarket at the ground floor of the mall, and you can easily get many things. Food delivery has to be collected from the ground floor, as building security won't allow them to go up, but not an issue. Remember to hang housekeeping tag outside the door if you want them to clean the room.

I love this hotel. Located not far from many popular attraction and a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is very friendly and was able to communicate using English. They were very pleasant and always smiling. Also, they were very helpful. The superior room with city view was lovely. It had a full size fridge, a water dispenser, a microwave, hair dryer, table, king size bed, tv, kettle, lots of storage, water heater, full size mirror and a vanity size mirror. The room was very clean. No molds in the bathroom. Towels and sheets were very clean, white and smelled very good. Rooms are cleaned every day which includes changing of sheets and towels. The hotel has enough amenities for a stay in holiday. The pools on the 13th and 39th floor are beautiful. These floors also has a steam room and gym available from 7am to 9pm. The entire place was clean and all workers greeted me with a smile. There is also a reading room, game room and a playground on the 13th floor. If you stay at this hotel for long, you don’t have to worry about dirty laundry as this service is free of cost. If that’s not a good bargain, I don’t know what is! This apart from the fact that my stay was for 5 days and 4 nights and my total was less than US$100 for the entire stay. The views from the rooms are spectacular. You’re able to see the city/ river. When it rains it’s just so beautiful. I was lucky enough to watch a beautiful firework activity taking place during my stay. Overall, I very lovely time spent at this hotel and I definitely would recommend to anyone planning to visit Phnom Penh and I will most definitely stay here again. 10/10 You are required to pay US$15 deposit when you check in and it returned when you check out. Make sure to keep your room key safe or you will have to pay for it.
