El personal es muy amable y tiene una excelente actitud de servicio. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, el aire acondicionado está muy frío, la presión del agua es fuerte y es muy conveniente llamar a un tuk-tuk para salir. ¡Recomiende a todos que se queden en este hotel!

Very nice hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean and has great views. All the staff were very nice too.

Entire great. The location, Service, cleanness was so good. I stayed mostly in cheap accommodation on this trip, but I would especially recommend it if you miss staying in civilised places.

It was a perfect stay, clean rooms with nice view, good service. The hotel opened in 2024, so everything is new.

Good: It is a nice hotel with a good service attitude from staff, a nice pool and relaxing area on the roof, and a decent breakfast in a pleasant environment in the morning. A ton of restaurants and other amenities are nearby. Improve: The room was ok, but in two different rooms, the shower did not drain properly and kept trying to flood. Slightly irritating. Ok apart from this.

Pretty good varieties for breakfast.  Room and bathroom have enough countertop space and the design is functional.   Bathroom is a bit dated but not a big deal.   Shower was just slightly warm on the first night, which was a bit cold for me to bath.  Air conditioning was very drafty and noisy even at low fan speed.  The staff worked hard to fix both problems by the next day.   Very friendly and helpful staff.

It needed something 5% more to be a certain level that hotel intended. Breakfast was great, staff were organized and amenities were not bad.
