Great location. Acceptable service levels. Amenities can be better.

Room was nice and neat. Very spacious. Location was great. The only downside is that they don’t have free WiFi, which is kinda disappointing in this generation.

Not impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning as they clearly need more workers. Room was very cozy nice and clean, however the AC was a bit annoying, either freezing cold dry air at 70F or blowing hot wet air if set for 72F, shower water pressure was weak. Facilities provide only-option Valet Parking for nearly $59 per 24hrs plus Philadelphia parking tax +22.5%, Self-park multi-story parking garage across the street is same price though. Downtown Center neighborhood and across the street (7-Eleven entrance) camped by homeless people begging for change.

Had to wait for room with a safe then when you got room safe didn’t work. Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning. Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint.

Excellent hotel at Philly Downtown within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants
