Phi phi una hermosa isla y paradisiaco lugar. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, espectacular mar, cálido servicio y en realidad es un placer conocer esta maravilla que nos brinda la naturaleza. Sobre el cuarto en particular que estuvimos, tiene unas instalaciones internas muy viejas, todo el stuff es viejo y se nota el desgaste de los años. Los olores de la cama y en particular el colchón son fétidos de algo viejo y húmedo quizá el ambiente hace más fuerte el malestar. El comentario no debe ser tomado como algo destructivo, espero sirva para una mejora del lugar tan maravilloso que tienen por explotar. Las toallas también olían feo y se notaban desgastadas y negras , en realidad fue difícil dormir con estos olores. Si el descanso es muy importante incluyendo el sueño , una buena noche , el lugar no es una buena opción .

環境：酒店在皮皮北部，人少安靜，在海灘邊就像私人海灘。酒店提供免費救生衣，皮划艇。定的花園房304，位置很好，離海灘和前台都很近，在海邊玩完的游泳圈，浮潛工具什麼的送回房間再去吃飯什麼的很方便。酒店很大，總共四個泳池，無邊落日泳池在山上，管家開車接送。離前台最近的是家庭泳池，適合帶孩子玩，就在前台旁邊。海邊還有個無邊泳池，特別美，可惜天快黑了才去，拍不出好看的照片了。
服務：有酒店管家，會一點點中文，非常熱情，有問必答，去哪裡都主動給安排接駁車。房間空調漏水，本來跟前台説先換個被子，空調明天再修吧，但前台説擔心會漏一晚上，很熱情的給安排工人修好了，效率很高。
設施：酒店是老酒店了，設施有點舊，不過可以接受，房間設計也比較合理，有一個大大的化粧台，充分考慮到女生化粧的需求。定的大床，有一張大床還有個小單人床可以睡小孩。
酒店餐廳可以點餐，價格不貴，披薩非常好吃，下次去還要去他家吃披薩。

服務：很不錯，希望什麼電話就可以做到，包括送餐，交車，而且速度還比較快，早餐還不錯
設施：有私人泳池，在山上，走路下去大概15分鐘，泳池外面面對大海
有三個餐廳，吃的還可以，價格也合適，沒有因為在島上就貼別貴！
到這個酒店，選擇蘭通碼頭更合適，下船後有車接送行李，到酒店大概50米！

Bad boat transfer arrangement provided by the resort. My mom and I take the shuttle speed boat that provided by the resort into the island, the waves are so big. I completely understand that my travel period was a raining season in Thailand.
In the speed boat, my mom and I is the only foreigner and the other passengers are all local. The boatman only provide life jackets to the locals but didn’t provide it to me.
Secondly, we had paid extra for the speed boat transfer but there got no enough seats for us. Which my mom and I had to sit separately. Also, because the waves was too strong and my mom is a bit old, which the waves has hurt my mom’s back. She got a super bad backpain that night when we reach the resort.
Thirdly, the outdoor bathroom is very dirty. I don’t think the staff has clean the bathroom. We also not satisfied with the indoor bathroom, the drain is blocked which when we take shower the bathroom are flooded.
The staff there are friendly and kind. But they definitely not capable to solve our problems. I had bring up the speedboat problem to them the moment we reach the resort. However I didn’t get any response or any solution from them. Bad experience.

疫情前住過saii，這次住這家，感覺各有好處。首先兩家的屋內設施都差不多，都屬於有些年頭了，但晚上睡個覺還是舒服的，不存在老舊不好使，也不像有的評論裏所説，其實衹要別敞開門，屋內也沒什麼蚊子。saii那邊背後有個小鎮，很多餐廳及酒吧超市，吃完非常方便，而holiday這裏酒店自己的餐廳味道非常一般，不過左手邊有個懸崖上的當地人餐廳不錯，魚挺好吃，價格也非常合適，人均不到一百就能吃得很舒服。而且，可以在這餐廳下面坐個taxi三輪，單人來回150株，沿着海邊的小路，就能去saii後面的那個村莊吃飯了。從酒店環境上來説，saii那邊更加安靜，holiday這裏屬於三個酒店在同一海岸線，相對人多一點，但是holiday的海岸線是最好的，而且酒店裡有個sunset泳池，那裡看日落簡直絕美，這是saii那邊沒有的。而且holiday還可以每天可以免費租用一個小時的浮潛面罩和皮划艇，沒玩過的可以大着膽子劃皮划艇試試，可以劃出去浮潛，真的非常好玩。雖然holiday已經不是holidayinn那個連鎖酒店，但這次入住還是非常滿意的，前台有個留學泰國的貴州的小姐姐在這裏實習，態度很好，可以順暢交流，也幫我們這次解決了不少問題，非常謝謝她。總的説來，這次入住之後，感覺holiday比saii那邊還更好一些。

酒店位置不錯，就在海灘邊上，度假小屋形式，適合家庭遊，很安靜。酒店配有浮潛裝備免費借用，還有小船單雙人都可劃，也是免費借用。房間內設施較為陳舊，淋浴水有硫磺味道，感覺像是混入了温泉水一樣。由於偏僻原因，沒有公共遊船，衹能酒店預訂或是海灘邊上租用私人長尾船去其它島上遊玩。酒店後面是樹林，蚊子很多，個頭也大，需注意。旁邊有兩家餐館酒吧。

住了三個晚上，給我們安排的房間有點舊，想花錢更換房型，也沒有空房了。
沙灘非常美，落日泳池拍照很出片，因為風浪的關係，我們沒有租長尾船出海。但在酒店裡滑皮划艇也挺好玩的。
住在那裡正好是潑水節的時間，酒店組織了BBQ晚餐，又貴又難吃分量又少。
酒店附近的大排擋（jasmine，mama ping價格和酒店的餐廳差不多，飲料甚至還落日酒吧的便宜一些。食物都一樣難吃，建議自己帶點自嗨鍋什麼的）
前台有一個普通話説的很好的小哥，他的服務態度非常好。
