The property as shown in photographs is different from what it is. How come it is 4 star property donot know. The property is way away from main road and is actually surrounded by feild. And even the way from main road to property is not properly made. Paying more than 5000 for this property is making fool of he customers. And even is not safe for families in night. Pathatic.

Location is close to nagaon beach and the access is through a narrow but motor-able road. There is parking space available outside. The family room is fine but bathroom is sub optimal. Wash basin is small. There are no water point outside the room or in the common room to wash feet and even shower before entering the pool. The service is poor and all staff is untrained and on occasions even agressive. Breakfast options are very limited and they are very rigid

The location of the hotel is not that close to the beach and it's expensive considering the property. Photos of the hotel are misleading (photographer should be awarded, hotel is much smaller as compared to what it looks in photos. Pool is more like 10 by 8 and in photos, looks more like 20 by 15. Room was booked for 3 considering that it would have two double beds. All in all, the property is expensive considering these factors (not bad though.

Very clean and nice resort. It is small property located at remote area far inside from main road but very close to beach. It has swimming pool, terrace view, hot water bath and excellent food served. Staffs are hospitable and good service. Road to resort is difficult as it is narrow, rugged and no signs available. Please create good, easy way to resort for cars.

This property was fine but the manager, running administration was a very rude guy ! we checked in late at night around 11 pm and he made us checkout in morning ans just served poha and bread.

the room was good and spacious. Clean and small pool cons:
1. Location is not good and far from city. 2. Food is average
