I was on vacation and it felt like I was at a giant construction site. The banging, drilling, and machinery were loud all day, the resort was under repair everywhere, I couldn't sleep. I don't understand how you guys can serve guests in such a torturous way.

We liked the location and the traditional Vietnamese style of this resort. The breakfast quality is similar to 5 star hotels in Vietnam, food is fresh, both Vietnamese and international. Obviously by the sea. If you don’t wanna walk across the road book the ocean side room. Otherwise the hillside is fine too, nice garden there and another pool. But yeah you will have to cross the road, which is not too busy though. Hotel is a bit old, but well maintained and clean. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Know nothing about resort, but it was one of the worst massage in Vietnam that I had. Even though it was the most expensive in Mui ne. No any customer focus - collected a bunch of customers and led them into big common room. Thanks there are curtains there, but no privacy at all - you can see others, they can see you while you're passing to your massage couch. And of course you hear all the sounds of all the customers being massaged around you. No hygiene as well. They don't wash your feet and even don't wash their hands after body massage - they do face/head massage right after feed/legs/body with that hands. Finally the massage was bad as well. Even though it can be difficult to please everyone, but for me it was either too strong or too weak. My wife also didn't like at all

Absolutley brilliant place to stay. I booked direct and they couldn't have been more helpful. We booked one of the beachfront bungalows and it was stunning. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and they sent a coconut cocktail to the beach. Also made up the bed with a birthday message out of flowers which just made her day extra special. Stunning place with exceptional staff.

Самый ужасный отель где была ! Русских тут не любят. Начнем с того что находится на отшибе в темноте, до ближайших магазинов и кафе минимум 2-3 км. Завтраки в основном по меню, шведский стол по выходным только был когда приезжали местные и пару дней после и еда для местных больше подходила . Женщины официантки старались сэкономить на еде когда по меню было, давали не все что положено было , говорили типо закончилось . Только мужчина официант самый лучший там был, слышал просьбы по еде и несколько раз кокосы приносил к бассейну . Матрасы выдают один раз чисто под вас и потом с ними ты ходишь к морю или к бассейну . Бассейн чистили плохо . На ресепшен говорят в основном только по вьетнамскому . Русский вообще не знают . Зонт полусломанный в номере был . Сильные волны . На пляже что то жгли постоянно и вонь стояла . Возле бассейна строили доп корпуса, шум с утра до вечера и пыль .. также забирают загранпаспорта и когда улетаешь и времени нет на выяснения начинают разводить на деньги . Мы отдали за воду 100000 которую и так бесплатно давали каждый день . Типо мы же в холодильник ее положили сказали . И не отдают паспорта пока денег не дашь ! В общем ни ногой больше во Вьетнам ! Впечатления испорчены !
