Hoteles cerca del TSV Berghausen, Pfinztal

El hotel abrió el día anterior, por lo que todavía había un ambiente de construcción en una o dos esquinas, especialmente en el exterior. Ubicación en una zona comercial mixta poco atractiva, de fácil acceso en coche, el tranvía más cercano está a unos 300 m. Las habitaciones y el hotel son modernos y elegantes, y también nos gustó la forma en que se presentó el desayuno y la selección. En el estudio hipster reservado hay una pequeña cocina con nevera y también son prácticos altavoces Bluetooth para el smartphone. Sin embargo, ¡el Hipster Studio ciertamente no tiene los 32 m2 en la lista! Personal en su mayoría amable. En resumen, nos gustó mucho y actualmente también tenemos una buena relación precio-rendimiento.

Además: + Valor por dinero como tal, pero en gran medida dependiendo de lo que se puede hacer. + Recepción - amable y eficiente. + Centro de la ciudad + Transporte público (con un trato - ver bajo menos) + Desayuno OK pero sólo + Bar servicio - café excelente + habitación muy bien equipada + Limpieza + Excelente pero caro garaje. ¡No funciona, pero le ofrecen un ventilador (bueno trabajo) en lugar! - Evitar las habitaciones en la esquina delantera si es posible. ¡Es imposible abrir una ventana sin correr el riesgo de daño auditivo!

En primer lugar, debemos dar las gracias por la actualización (suite en el 10o piso), ¡por fin no es obvio! Pero no puede afectar nuestra opinión. El hotel tiene ciertamente más posibilidades, probablemente faltan las disponibilidades financieras! ? A diferencia de lo que conocemos de otras casas de Leonardo, este ha llegado a los años en gran medida; la barrera de renovación y reparación está mirando por todas partes. La habitación no se podía resistir, cama ok, baño ok, internet ok. El desayuno también estaba en orden. Parque difícil: bien en el espacio libre (con el riesgo asociado) posible en lugares prohibidos; En el parque de estacionamiento cercano (no conectado al hotel) a precio asequible! Para una noche en el paseo y/o para visitar un evento en el congreso o el congreso cercano, bien, pero, desgraciadamente, no.

Every time we pass through Karlsruhe we stay here - the atmosphere is great, staff are wonderful, breakfast is included and many other perks for free (that other hotels have since long stopped providing), fantastic rooms, and even jogging route suggestions. And then the location - so central, easy parking and great shopping, walks and eating possibilities just on your doorstep. Warmly recommended!

Location - easy to find but lots of overflowing bins outside the annex which made the areas look less appealing. Staff - excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Room - we were in the annex. Obviously newer part of the hotel. Room comfortable, all the amenities for overnight stay. I cannot remember the room number but it started with 5. Enter building and the lift and look for the 5th floor, our room appeared to be in the 'basement', so after the shortest lift drop we arrive at our room, a mere 5 steps below ground level. We did have a view out but as the weather was threatening we didn't... Breakfast - super selection of fresh food. Decor of restaurant was a bit dated (same comment for hotel foyer). Clean. We took advantage of the parking - would've been slightly problematic with a 5m long Saab to access the garage, no problem for a Golf. Will go again, just hope the binmen have been.

Freundlicher, kompetenter Service. Große Zimmer, eben auch zum „wohnen“, mit Kitchenette (selbst zu reinigen) und Ankleide-/Abstellraum. Wir hatten nur Stühle, zum „wohnen“ wäre hier sicher ein kleines Sofa gut. Das Frühstück ist für ein 3 Sterne Stadthotel sehr gut, da übersieht man leicht den eher ungemütlichen Frühstücksraum (wobei das Geschmackssache ist;-)). Die Möbel sind zum Teil stark abgenutzt. Wirklich sauber war es nicht, aber da die Hotelwäsche ordentlich war, ist es zum schlafen und duschen ausreichend. Der Blick vom Balkon zeigt derzeit eine Großbaustelle.

La cama era cómoda, el hotel está cerca del centro, en general tranquilo al final de la zona de pie, pero cerca de la escuela. Durante el día de Navidad, habíamos albergado a un huésped por dos noches. El check-in estaba bien, el ”serviente”, pero relativamente desagradable. A lo largo de los días festivos, la ubicación del hotel era visible, la oferta de desayuno también. Que el día 1 de los días festivos en lugar de los huevos pedidos con bacon, un agua, El 2o día también fue un insucesso, y el personal informó que ya no había huevos en la cocina. El precio total de casi 17 euros al día para una oferta muy limitada ya no es de valor límite. También no ayuda el uso gratuito del minibar (agua y cerveza). A pesar de la tardía salida (a las 14:00) nuestro huésped se convirtió en el 2. We we’re driving from Hook of Holland to Bari to catch a Ferry to Greece. On our first days driving we were very tired to decided to stop here and rest. We were two friends and a dog! We used the hotels near us feature on *********** and found this hotel. The price was fabulous and the hotel could not have been better for our needs. Super comfortable beds. Quiet room. Clean and a decent breakfast! The staff on reception were amazing offering us free parking and checking us in quickly. They recommended a local Italian restaurant which was great. The hotel is very much on the edge of town but for an overnight stop like us it’s was perfect! Finally my friend left her iPad behind on our departure. We’d didn’t discover this u til we were well in our way. On contacting the hotel they could not have been more helpful. She has her iPad safely back in the post. Great service from great people.

Hotel liegt im westlichen Teil der Stadt, direkt an der B10, einer von der A8 kommenden Haupteinfallstrasse. Zur AB selbst (Auffahrt Pforzheim West) ist es nur etwa 1 km. Der Bau ist 6-geschossig und verfügt über ca. 200 Zimmer. Erstellt wurde das Hotel m.E. um 2005/2006. Alles ist in einwandfreien Zustand. Das Publikum war während unseres Kurzaufenthaltes hauptsächlich männlich, wobei die Gäste primär den Bereichen Handel, Handwerk und Gewerbe zuzuordnen waren. Wir waren wegen einer Voruntersuchung in der Arcusklinik in Pforzheim. Das Hotel hat für Patienten dieser Klinik einen Spezialtarif. Für unser DZ im 4. Geschoss zahlten wir incl. Frühstück und Parkplatz 95,50 €; da kann man nicht meckern. WLan war inbegriffen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bus fährt von hier ohne Umsteigen zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. in die Innenstadt (Entfernung ca. 4,0 km). Der Flughafen Stuttgart ist etwa 50 km entfernt; nach Karlsruhe sind es etwa 30 km. Schon der erste telefonische Kontakt bei der Reservierung war sehr positiv. Auch die spätere Begrüßung im Hotel selbst war i.O.; leider war bei unserer Buchung ein Missgeschick passiert. Unsere Reservierung war für einen Tag später eingebucht. Entgegen allen Gepflogenheiten hatte ich dummerweise auf eine Reservierungsbestätigung per Email verzichtet. Da wäre nämlich der Fehler schon frühzeitig aufgefallen. Aber der nette Herr an der Rezeption (Herr Rödel?) bemühte sich, dieses Malheur zu beheben, was ihm auch gelang. Alle sonstigen Fragen wurden erschöpfend beantwortet, sodass einem schönen Aufenthalt nichts mehr im Wege stand. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das übrige Personal (Frühstücksraum) war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Gast fühlt man sich wohl. Eines muss allerdings negativ angemerkt werden. Obligatorisch werden die Zimmer nicht mehr täglich gereinigt. Nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch ist dies noch möglich. Ein entsprechender schriftlicher Hinweis liegt aus; wünschenswert wäre allerdings, wenn man beim Einchecken mündlich darauf hingewiesen würde. Argumentativ wird diese Änderung der Reinigung zwar mit Umweltschutz / CO2-Fussabdruck begründet. Aber ich wurde den Gedanken nicht los, dass hiermit primär auch Personal eingespart werden soll. Das Hotel selbst hat keine eigene Gastronomie. Sehr gut essen kann man allerdings in der Pizzeria Allegro, die sich direkt neben dem Hotel befindet. Der Frühstücksraum des Hotels selbst liegt in der 6. Etage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und enthielt alles, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten kann (Kaffee, Tee, Säfte, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Eier, Würstchen, verschiedene Brot- und Brötchensorten, etc.) . Auf das rechtzeitige Nachlegen sowie das zeitnahe Abräumen der Tische wurde geachtet. Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden. Unser DZ (mit Klimaanlage) war ca. 22 qm groß und verfügte über einen separaten Schreibtisch, Sat-TV und einen kleinen Kühlschrank, der auch als Minibar genutzt werden kann. We stayed for one night at the Parkhotel to be within walking distance of the jewelry museum. This was among the more expensive options we considered in Pforzheim, but we believe it was money well spent. This hotel would easily hold its own quite well in much larger cities; in terms of size and facilities, it might compare to many Hiltons or Sheratons, but everything about the Parkhotel is at a higher level. The public areas were immaculate and bright with lovely fresh flower arrangements, dinner staff appeared to be seasoned veterans, and the (optional) breakfast was easily the best we encountered in two weeks of travel. There was plenty of underground parking, and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. My only slightly negative impression was the very long walk to our room, but that was far outweighed by our overall experience; it seems clear this hotel sets high standards, and in our brief stay, it lived up to them in all respects.
