I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Fast and smooth check-in. No deposit. Our room is facing the Taman Subang Ria Lake and KL city. Nice view day and night. The room is big with a work desk and a sofa. Free mini-bar consumption. Overall, it is good.

It is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you to the hotel staff for the great service and keep up the good work.

Pagado y actualizado a la sala de primas pero decepcionado i) mal funcionamiento de control maestro, incapaz de desactivar la iluminación, fuerza a dormir con luz ya a medianoche ii) mal funcionamiento de caja segura como la batería plantada iii) El panel de vidrio en la ducha tiene una línea de pelo roto, pero el hotel recomendó que no se romperá iv) el problema de WiFi y teléfono, 2 chicos golpearon la puerta solicitada para entrar en la habitación n comprobar, bastante rudo v) la matrícula es super dura, que causa dolor de espalda vi) la hoja de cama tiene pinturas amarillas y un pequeño agujero.

This hotel is located at a good location..there are many restaurants and shops.around the hotel if you do not wish to have meals at the hotel. The room is spacious and moar importantly is it's clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend friends to stay if they want to stay at this area.

Facilities are quite complete. Only regret that the rooms are not free from smell. Other than that no complain because of the reasonable price.

Best to stay... everything completed..but deposit RM300 need to ready...
