Valoraciones de Royale Chulan Damansara

Fácil de mantener para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Lo reservé porque el desayuno era galardonado con el premio KF. Pero el desayuno era regular. Hotel de 5 estrellas económico.

Hotel muy recomendable. Tenga en cuenta que hay dos hoteles Royale Chulan: The Curve y Damansara, en el que nos alojamos. Están muy cerca uno del otro. Elegimos Damansara porque nos pareció que valía la pena y estaba a solo 4 minutos a pie de The Curve. De hecho, nos impresionó mucho este hotel tan bonito a un precio razonable. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables. El aparcamiento es práctico y el coste por entrada era de RM4.

The hotel is nice near to shopping mall like IKEA&the curve,nearby mrt mutiara Damansara. All the staff friendly and polite including the housekeeping.I will come again in future .

This was a really good deal on Trip and perfect for my traveling family. The location was good for the Curve/IPC/Ikea for fair weather. For rainy days, one can get to the MRT under cover and head to IOI or 1Utama. The water pressure was wonderful. The bed was good too. The only thing to manage expectations is that the aesthetics of the hotel room and hallways leave a bit to be desired for a 5⭐️ hotel. I’ve added some pics to help get a feel of what I mean. The sofa cover was ripped in some places, the lampshade also had some cuts, the upholstery had stains, and the wall and skirting looked like it was touched up many times on different occasion with different toned paint. I didn’t really know what to make of it or even how to review this space. For the price we paid, it was lower than most 5-star hotels, and so the hotel met the price expectations. Service was good although they do seem understaffed at the reception with there always being a queue when we went to re-verify our keycards. It seems that the wooden one works on the lift and door; and the plastic one only works on the door. We did not get this memo. They were super nice about it :)

The room is spacious and comfortable. The service is excellent. The location is convenient, as it is close to The Curve Mall and Ikea. Housekeeping staff is polite and friendly, The breakfast is varied and satisfying.

Clean, fresh, and very comfortable rooms. Great location close to local attractions and restaurants. Staff were professional and polite.

Overall, the stay was good. The hotel has a great location and the rooms are spacious. The room decor is a bit dated, but the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hotel has an ice rink, which is a good option if you want to learn to ice skate. The breakfast was ordinary and nothing special.

Hotel room including but not limited to the bathroom is dated, and renovation should be imminent.

Overall the hotel facilities is good, breakfast has improved. Only downside is the furniture quite old and the mattress are not solid. Pillow quite dirty and smelly. The best point is nearby/surrounding has mall andany eateries to choose from.

Room was very space and king size bed was very big. Breakfast was delicious and variety choices. The swimming pool's environment is good. My kid was enjoy. P

We go for birthday celebration! The location was great, and all the facilities were well-kept and enjoyable. Every detail of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the excellent hospitality.

Lovely place for staycation. Friendly and helpful reception. Clean and quiet rooms. Very close to mall with walking distance. Definitely will come again.

Old hotel that definitely doesn’t feel like a proper 5-star stay anymore. The shower area was clogged during our shower and we had to wait for the technician to come pump the drainage, followed by housekeeping cleaning up the flooded area. Very inconvenient and disappointing. The furniture and room interior also looked worn out and outdated, clearly in need of refurbishment. While the location is convenient, the overall room condition and maintenance standards did not match the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Would only stay here for the location, not for the hotel experience itself.
