Presento esta revisión de nuestra estancia en virtud de las normas de delimitación que se aplicaban en ese momento. Las restricciones en el lugar fueron las siguientes: la habitación no se sirvió durante nuestra estancia de 5 días, es decir, no había limpieza, no hay cama, no hay cambio de toallas y no hay re-suministro de rollos de baño, jabón, etc. El restaurante, aunque abierto, tiene un menú muy limitado (3 entradas, 3 manos y 3 dezertos), se ha retirado de la habitación todo el tea and coffee making facilities. Estas habitaciones pueden entregarse a la habitación (por un suplemento de 5 €), pero el personal no entraría en la habitación. Las reglas afectaron a nuestra estancia y no me resulta claro cuáles de estas reglas fueron determinadas por la ley francesa y decididas por Best Western. Nos hemos pedido que nuestras toallas sean cambios y rodillos de baño extras, que se han proporcionado rápidamente. En el hotel, el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Aparte de las cuestiones de coronavirus, encontramos el personal muy útil y amigable, los jardines son muy agradables, con piscina, sauna, golf loco, bolas, etc disponibles. El hotel es muy conveniente para visitar las ciudades y pueblos del Luberon (aunque se debe evitar el propio Pertuis).

There were a number of issues with our stay - 1) We were informed before our arrival that we could not have dinner at the hotel due to an event. However, upon arrival, it turned out that this was untrue; 2) The event resulted in not being able to access half of the building (ie all the old rooms of the main house), and as it also involved large motor vehicles, it ruined the serenity of the location and woke us up early each morning; 3) Service was poor and we had to wait a long time for service in areas, eg nobody at pool to order a beverage from until after 2pm (!!); 4) No hot water in our room when trying to get ready for dinner on Friday night, and whilst we understand it is an old building, this is not a five star experience. The elevator was also broken for a time on that day; 5) Food at l’orangerie was poor, including undercooked prawns, and the breakfast was not up to a 5 star standard. The only hot offerings were bacon and scrambled eggs sitting out pre cooked; The fitness centre is incredibly small with only 3 wooden machines and the same goes for the spa area (all we could find was a very small massage room - not sure if we missed something here, but if so, it wasn’t well signposted). Overall this was not a 5 star experience despite paying 5 star+ prices. We relayed the above feedback to a manager upon checkout.

El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor, con una cama muy limpia y un baño muy limpio. La mejor de todas fue la hospitalidad de los propietarios, Anne y Stephan, que siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando necesitamos ayuda, especialmente para encontrar un lugar para cenar o para visitar.
