El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El restaurante ofrece comida diaria sin ir lejos de la calle en buen precio y calidad. cama confortable en el interior y temprano. una máquina de café con café gratuito para los huéspedes es muy bien recibida. Altamente recomendado y considerado volverá con Mi familia.

Recomendación muy recomendada. Bienvenido por personal útil que salgan de su camino para hacerte cómodo. Nada es demasiado difícil para ellos. Habitaciones muy limpias con hojas de aprieto. Perfectamente cocinado y presentado desayuno con una amplia gama de opciones.

Estaba aquí 3 noches, llegando después de un largo vuelo desde el Reino Unido. No hay problema de ingreso, habitación en una ubicación tranquila como se solicita. Algunas obras de construcción se llevan a cabo en el fondo del hotel, pero nada que me molestó la noche. La habitación era limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitaba para un corto estadía. Corredor y carpetas de habitación podrían hacer con sustitución, pero creo que es un gran costo después de los últimos años. We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

The good: Nice design. Relatively new. Location is great, and the view from the room was very nice, overlooking the water. The bad: Whilst we appreciated the ”welcome” we received in the room, whereby ALL the blinds were raised automatically when entering the room, this feature could not be turned off, and so when I returned to the room at night after my family had gone to sleep, all the blinds raised, disturbing everyone. I requested this feature be removed, but the only option was to disable the blinds completely. On the subject of blinds, the material used did not provide privacy from the street, so blockout blinds needed to be lowered as well. The controls to the blinds were sketchy... sometimes raising or sometimes lowering regardless of which button was pressed. It was an effort to get them to close! The key to the room did not work on the second day, and I had to stand in line for 20 mins, after which I was issued with a new key, which did not operate the lift, and so I had to return again to get this fixed. We ordered dinner in the room as the restaurant was closed. The quinoa was basically a very small sprinkle of quinoa... hardly a meal, or even a snack. The seafood pasta was served with 4 tiny prawns and 4 small scallops only. No crab or fish, as advertised. It was also extremely small, and drowned in butter. The lamb shank was okay, but nothing to write home about. The room was dusty in places. The paint was bubbling on the ceiling in places. The breakfast buffet was reasonable, however there was a swarm of small flies near the fruit. The coffee was awful, though my daughter raved about the chai latte. For a hotel of this (supposed) standard, and price, the breakfast was sub-par. There was also a guest pacing around whilst using his phone, hardly appropriate, and went unnoticed by the staff. All in all, I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone for the price, around $800 per night. They also wanted an additional $125 per night for a rollaway, however we took our own blow up mattress and sleeping bag for our daughter instead.

Es una estancia increíble y relajada. Me encanta. Me encanta lo cerca que está de Elizabeth Quay y la pista de correr.

I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.
