El hotel está muy céntrico, aunque la zona es tranquila. Es moderno y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son cómodas, modernas, limpias y cuidadas, con mucha luz. El baño moderno y limpio. Recibimos excelente atención del personal de recepción.

reserve habitación con bastante antelación. A la llegada al hotel nos cambiaron la habitación de la 203, piso 2 lado impar con vistas a una avenida por la 706, piso 7 con vistas a la parte de atrás, lo corrigieron con tipes delante nuestro pero no hubo ninguna explicación ni justificación. He decir que para ser un cuatro estrellas extraña que solo tenga un ascensor. El ascensor se rompió, avisamos a recepción, preguntamos como bajar el equipaje ya que no se ofreció alternativa de forma proactiva. finalmente tuvimos que bajar el equipaje por una escalera de caracol desde el ultimo piso.

We really enjoyed our stay, everybody is very friendly and always ready to help, nice decoration, clean and quiet rooms. Very good location a few steps from the historical center with excellent restaurants nearby.

Hotel Is well located, hall is very modern and wifi is good. But was the coldest weekend of year in Perpignan, we arrived at 23:00 and they didnt turn on the radiators. Receptionist was incredibly grumpy and was making annoyed face when we asked for water. Service must be improved for Mercure standarda

As soon as we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. We went to our room which was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The hotel is situated in a good central location with lovely views over the square. Breakfast that we had at the weekend was served at really good convenient times and was self serve, it was good and served in a nice area on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable - we slept very well (no noise that we were aware of at all). The hotel was easy to book and check in and out was smooth with no trouble. All in all a lovely place to stay and enjoy this beautiful city.

A nice hotel, the welcome could have been better, The knowledge of the car park arrangements across the road were minimal, room ok, breakfast not bad, not worth €15 per person if it's not in your room deal
