El Fairfield Inn & Suites en Rapid City es un gran lugar para la noche. Teníamos una habitación con cama real y dos TVs, un sofá y un área de escritorio. La habitación tenía una microondas, un pequeño refrigerador y un café. El baño era grande y limpio y brillante. Siempre apreciamos los baños de caucho cuando se les ofrece. Las cocinas de todos los hoteles de Marriott que hemos estado en última instancia necesitan ser sustituidas. La entrada fue rápida y fácil y la gente en la mesa fue muy amable y útil. Hay una gran zona de asiento frente al hotel con un horno de incendio. El estacionamiento es grande y los lugares con discapacidad están en la parte superior. La agua era demasiado suave, y nos sentíamos muertas después de duchar o lavar nuestras manos como si no pudiéramos sacarnos del jabón. Estabamos en el tercer piso y el viento que la noche gritaba alrededor del edificio y cuando se despertó, descubrimos que la ventana en nuestra habitación estaba roto y no se cerraba adecuadamente, así que el ruido se intensificó, No hemos dormido mucho si fuera esa noche. Después de conducir todo el día y ver muchos sitios diferentes, habíamos esperado una buena noche de sueño. Pregunte por una habitación de piso inferior.

La habitación es super grande, limpio, servicio de recepción, es un buen hotel en Lapide City. El transporte es conveniente, el saloon del 1o piso tiene la cena de la mañana, muy conveniente.

Estuve aproximadamente una semana en el hotel, fue muy grato encontrar empleados que hablen el idioma espanol. Keyla me asistio al momento de la llegada, me ayudo a reservar unas excursiones las cuales disfrute mucho y me explico todo en el idioma espanol , ademas de que me dio seguimiento para reservar la transportacion para los tours. En general todo estuvo de maravilla!

Baymont transferred our reservation to Ramada due to remodeling issues. Very disappointed with the small room as you had to bend your head to skinny around the hanging TV to get to other side of bed. The toilet was so low to the floor you felt like you were falling down but you could lower the ironing board hanging on the wall to do you ironing while sitting on the throne. Two ice machines were broken making it difficult to locate ice. Fire alarm went off as we had just gone to bed with no clear direction on what we needed to do or if it was safe to go back to our room. Close to a number of our destinations and some good food/menu options on the Boardwalk within walking distance. Garbage laying in hallways and outside the doors that guests would discard. Would not stay here again.

En primer lugar, al ser una propiedad de Wyndham, esperaría un mejor servicio. La habitación era muy pequeña y abarrotada. El desayuno fue una pérdida de tiempo, se agotaron rápidamente. Mismo desayuno todos los días Galletas y salsa, gofres sin almíbar. La piscina no es accesible debido a que los padres no asisten demasiado a los niños. El cable salió sin que nadie lo arreglara. No hay televisión para ver No me quedaré aquí de nuevo. Podría obtener un mejor servicio en los días Imn
