I stayed here for solo trip during my Ceng Beng day, April 5 yesterday. The hotel is so impressive with its warm and calming atmosphere. Felt so positive vibes when spending my stay, especially with their hospitality and excellent service. I personally extend my gratitude to the GM, all the Horison team, Mas Hasan-FO, Mas Ahmad-Bellboy, Mas Agus-Engineering who came to my room for promptly fixing my netflix (i did a mistake when signing in). Hope to visit this hotel again soon with fam. Thanks again!

On checked in process were smooth, fast and friendly which handled by Ms. Riska. all hotels staff friendly and speedy respons including security, housekeeping in corridor, and kitchen staffs when breakfast in restaurant. in room : there were no trouble at all side. cold ac make me feel warmth at inside blanket during sleep. in restaurant : modern furniture, variatif menu, and communicative staffs. all looks hygiene and all staff in restaurant wearing proper mask and hand gloves. upon checked out by Ms. Dwi, very smooth and very fast process and also friendly service thank you for the services!

Good hotel 1 Night in Horison Samarinda City. Small Hotel but really Good. Clean Room and bath Room. Like this hotel Im at 707 Room. King size Room no smoking. Like sitution At near hotel Holland Bakery. Very humble this resepsionis in Horisson Hotel.

Recommended hotel for ur stay in Samarinda. I love their services, the staff is so patient and friendly. They also serve the good food with nice plating. Besides, the hotel also looks so clean. Nice ambience and near the city center. I love it!

Staff service were great with smile in their faces, very clean and tidy. It's a great value for money if you are looking hotel in the Samarinda's city center. This hotel has a roof top swimming pool and sky lounge for guest to enjoy.

The first impression is that the lobby smells good, the service is good and the rooms are comfortable with cold air conditioning which makes it very comfortable for me to rest. For the next staycation I will choose the Horison Hotel.
