I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

El hotel es fácil de encontrar al llegar a Janske Lazne. Puedes aparcar en el frente del hotel mientras se ingresa hasta una hora. Entonces tienes que moverlo unos metros en un parque de estacionamiento público, que puedes confundir fácilmente como el hotel.. Si no necesitas mover tu coche, puedes pagar por estacionar en la salida, ya que es más barato, de lo contrario, traer el billete a la zona de recepción del hotel y validar los privilegios de entrada (aun más caros). La habitación era muy agradable, pero no tenía que mover mi coche. Mi habitación tenía un balcón, que era muy agradable para poder abrir la puerta y dejar un poco de aire fresco. La propiedad es una corta distancia a la colina de Kolonada y hasta el coche de cable. Las habitaciones son más pequeñas, bastante modernas con la pared de la habitación de cristal y el área de dormir. La piscina también es agradable para una pequeña piscina. El desayuno es bueno, el personal es atento, y me disfruté de mi estancia.
