Zone Connect by the Park, Lansdowne

If you are looking to disconnect and unwind, this is the place to be. A fantastic stay in the lap of nature! I recently stayed here with my family, and it was a memorable experience. The property is very well maintained with beautiful surroundings. The hospitality is commendable—special thanks to the attentive staff and the chef who prepared meals exactly to our liking. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee while enjoying the panoramic view of the valley was the highlight of our trip. Will definitely be returning!"

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Despite making multiple requests in advance for valley view rooms, we were allocated premium forest view rooms located in a corner, which was quite disappointing—especially since this was a family trip. The view and room location significantly impacted our overall experience. After check-in, I tried contacting the concerned person but received no response. Even after visiting the reception personally, no immediate solution was offered, and we had to continue in the same rooms for the first night. Only after approaching the Front Office Manager the next day was one room changed, which we appreciated—but the delay had already affected our stay. Another major concern was the lack of communication regarding limited food service due to an LPG shortage. We were not informed in advance or even at check-in. I only came to know about this after calling the reception myself. This kind of information should be proactively shared with guests. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor communication, unfulfilled requests, and delayed service recovery. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves guest experience going forward.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Zone Connect Hotel, Lansdowne. From the moment I arrived, everything went wrong. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any concerns. There was no view from the room, which was extremely disappointing given the location. The room itself was in horrible condition—dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a strong unpleasant smell that made it difficult to stay inside. Basic amenities were missing, showing a clear lack of attention to guest comfort. To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else—you’ll thank yourself later.

Definitely one of the fantastic stay experience. Very friendly people, good food and location is also good. Just that it's little far from the main roadside parking. It might be tough for elderly people to walk till that place.

It was an amazing stay in Zone Connect, Lansdowne. It is the best place to stay in Lansdowne. If you are in Delhi NCR or Chandigarh or anywhere near and want a weekend getaway which is just 200-300kms away this is a place to be in. You will get a luxurious stay with amazing service and fantastic food. General Manager is an awesome person and you will get more than what you pay for.

We had a lovely stay at Zone Connect. The place is lush green, which instantly made me happy, because we came to the hills for the forest and nature. The room we selected wasn't the best, with a little things that needed fixing, but it was quite cosy and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Special mention to the "Captain" for the food preparations. Everything we ordered and ate was delicious and well prepared with large portions. The resort itself is well located, and is just a short 15 min drive to the Lansdowne Market and other places to visit. There is a little walk from the parking area to the resort (About 200mtr). The only thing which irritated me and caused me to reduce a star was the musical evening they have on the weekend. It was completely unnecessary, especially when there were hardly any guests. We had sat down to enjoy our snacks and drinks out in the open and hear silence of nature but the music forced us to get up and leave for our room. Suggest the resort to ask the guests first whether they even want these activities before scheduling them.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing . The location of all the cottages were excellent and the calm and quiet sorrouding enhances its beauty, All the staff were helpful and courteous. Zaved who attended us in the restaurant should recieve special mention for his coutiousness and help. Thank you Zone connect for this experience. Hope to visit again
