Es realmente extraño. El depósito para un hotel de Bangkok es de 1.000. Cuesta 2.000 cobrar por todo lo que hay en el minibar. Pensé que solo había cargos etiquetados y no había lista de precios. El hotel también es inquietante. el paisaje es bueno cuando comes por la mañana, pero el desayuno es normal. Pattaya Walking Street también está a cierta distancia, lo cual es adecuado para vacaciones pero muy confuso.

I recently stayed at InterContinental Pattaya and came away with nothing but wonderful memories. Initially, I planned to stay just one night—but I was so impressed that I extended for three more, staying a total of four nights. From the moment I arrived, Teerapan welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. His gentle smile made my check-in experience smooth and comforting. Later during the trip, I developed painful blisters on both feet after walking too much in new shoes. I had been neglecting it myself, but Nong Ked, an intern at the hotel, noticed my discomfort and showed genuine concern. She helped me get the care I needed, including cleaning and dressing the wounds. I heard she’ll be returning to school soon—I truly hope she receives the recognition she deserves for her kindness, and I’d love to see her again on a future visit. I’m also grateful to Isriya, who helped me with the extension of my stay. Her cheerful energy and big-hearted smile made even my check-out feel special. There was also a manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) who followed up with a kind phone call to check on me and even came to the room when the medical staff arrived to assist. I can’t express how thankful I am for that level of care. From the restaurant staff to the person who helped with wound care—every single team member made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At first, I found it difficult to choose a hotel because there are so many options in Pattaya, but after this stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to InterContinental again. Thank you so much for everything. You made my trip truly special.

Good breakfast, especially mango sticky rice. Awesome view from the balcony. Some staff outside were just staying and gossiping about the passing guests. Very rude and racist to think that we don’t understand that.

The city of Pattaya isn’t really ideal but the hotel is a beautiful property which is great if you need rest and relaxation. This is a great getaway and lounge by the pool/beach resort. Their staff is very patient and kind and the hotel really thought out logistics for hot weather making sure there were golf carts available throughout the property.
