Perfect condo in Pattaya, good owner

Cool concept and very nice place but when booking the room it doesn't say that it's a condo community *not a regular hotel* or specify how to pick up the keys and staff was not friendly when i didn't know these facts already. They were like " call the landlord if you don't know" rude, defensive, shady... . wash machine in the room. Pool was nice. no food options but fridge, microwave and stove. no towels. Also signs around saying this type of rental was NOT totally legal under local type laws...

The worst facilty in this price range only the location is good otherwise you have to take your bags to the room no one is here to help and even they asked for the double room charge for only 10 minutes host is also not good and there is no service also they point out our nationality’s india that you people are disguting and poor i dont know why they give us visa if they hate india. Almost 80% thai commenting on india actually they should know that we gave them bread and butter otherwise their mother sisters are already on streets

The worst hotel operator ever. We arrived and there's no reception lobby so we find the contact number within Trip.com. After 30 mins non stop calling and texting there's no reply. So we have to call Trip.com support line. Luckily the staff was very good to assist us finally to the hotel operator. After check in the room we found out it's 2 bed 1 bath, which we booked was 2 bath. So another 1 hour of waiting to get the correct room. Overall it take us 2 hours waiting to finally check in room. The worst thing is after all the trouble we gotten from hotel operator, there's not even a sincere apology. Bad, bad, bad.

Great place but check in can be confusing

Very good, clean, the guards in the building are also very informative and nice. Spot is very close to massage, mall, and the beach. Its very great, highly recommend if you go with many people.

Terrific location right in the heart of Pattaya. My only constructive feedback would be to make the check in process clear as it was confusing dealing with security and also clearly display wifi info in the room. Other than that, perfect stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Was a pleasure staying there. Condo was clean and modern and host was available when ever needed and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people Great location, Great host, Great accommodation,

離海邊特別的近，站在陽台就能看到海，小區門口出行便利，水果攤 711商店等一應俱全！房間也特別大 乾淨，特別説明一點房東小姐姐特別熱情 有什麼不懂或者旅行疑問得都無時無刻幫其解決！這點是特別好的，出國有很多不懂得 如果預訂酒店語言不通 這個民宿小姐姐也是中國人 微信直接問就行！必須五分好評！下次還會再來！
