¡El peor hotel de Pattaya! ¡El personal de recepción es extremadamente antipático! Este hotel ofrece dos camas individuales, pero no las tienen. Además, este hotel es el único hotel de Pattaya que te cobra un cargo adicional tan alto como el precio de la habitación si llevas visitas a tu habitación. Además, este es uno de los pocos hoteles que aún cobran un depósito. ¡Mejor elige cualquier otro hotel! ¡El exterior está sucio y es extremadamente ruidoso toda la noche!

I recently stayed at Acqua Hotel during my visit to Pattaya, and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is convenient, just off the main road, making it easy to walk to various attractions and access songthaews for transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for one or two guests. While my room didn’t have the best view, my friend enjoyed a lovely overlook of the Tree Town night market from a higher floor. The balcony was a nice touch, providing a great spot to soak in the atmosphere. Service was satisfactory—neither remarkable nor poor—just what you’d expect for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider Acqua Hotel for my future visits to Pattaya. Overall, a solid choice!

The interior is elegant yet cozy, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. The menu offers a refined selection of authentic Italian dishes with a modern twist. I tried the homemade truffle pasta and grilled sea bass — both were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The flavors were rich and balanced, truly reflecting the quality of the ingredients. The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. The sommelier recommended an excellent Italian wine that complemented our meal perfectly. Overall, Acqua is a must-visit in Pattaya if you’re looking for high-end Italian cuisine in a refined setting. Definitely coming back!

I loved it! Tree town night market is literally right behind the hotel but the sound proofing is great! The rooftop is super cute and the breakfast spread was yummy! I will def be booking again.

Great staff, excellent location with car parking. Superb roof top pool but best of all was the breakfast, a vast selection of food and drinks and top quality and tastes.

This hotel is simply fantastic .Service and breakfast were really good. If you are looking for night entertainment then this hotel location is just excellent.

Great facilities and a great breakfast buffet. If you are looking to stay in the Central Pattaya area, this is a great option.

Decor is nice, location is good. Room is too small even to find room for your suitcase. Pool is cool but get used to walking up and down the entry steps from building to building. Seems they could’ve designed the entry ramps better.

Good place, rooms are good but very small. Beds are comfortable and my room was quite silent. However the location is very close to TreeTown where all parties are happening. Breakfast is good and varies, there is enough time to sit there and eat. The major issue with the hotel is the size of the room

Great stay! Take note that the walls are abit thin. Close enough to the nightlife but depending on which room, you will be able to hear the loud music.

Great location right in the city center, close to Central Mall and other massage shops within walking distance. Nice roof top pool. Lobby with friendly staff and comfy couches.
