Inmejorable hotel, y sobre todo el personal. Olvide mi cartera y documentacion en la habitación $$ en un check out por un desplazamiento interno. A mí regreso de nuevo al hotel Jas(min) y Jake previa comprobacion me devolvieron mis pertenencias !!!! Que alegría!!☺️👍

La última vez que nos quedamos en Privato Ortigas unos meses antes de la pandemia, me alegro de que volviéramos y incluso celebramos el cumpleaños de mi madre en Privato Hotel Ortigas! Vivimos en la suite administrativa, se siente que la suite presidencial se había dejado. La habitación tenía una sala de estar, cocina y habitación, y tres camas todavía tenían mucho espacio, la cocina tenía un horno, lavavajillas, lavavajillas y discos, y se puso en el interior de los equipos necesarios para lavar la ropa; También tenemos ropa de lavandería en días, es muy conveniente.

The experience was nothing short of fantastic. We were immediately greeted right at the front drive, when we passed the concierge, and even by the housekeeping staff at the hallways. Check-in and checkout was a breeze, thanks to Ellyza and the team. The room was super clean and the amenities are complete. They even prepared fruits for us and towel art arrangements on our bedroom as a gesture for us newlyweds. It was super sweet, kudos to the staff. I'm actually torn with what the highlight of my visit was between the Water Spa or the breakfast buffet the next morning. My wife and I were already patrons of the Ace Water Spa since 2018 and we make sure we visit at least twice a year; it's always been consistently amazing. On the other hand, the buffet breakfast was unexpectedly insane. The selection was almost as good as a normal lunch buffet. There was fried chicken, there was an awesome mango-chutney fish fillet, and the soup was a creamy chicken soup that has the same texture as chowder. We had an amazing time and the staff even did a little song&dance for my birthday. All in all, that was a solid 5/5, will definitely return.

Stayed here on work and some food things about the place - liked the room I got . It was large with a wonderful clear view of the city. Rooms are well equipped and clean (thought the housekeeping forgot to clean my room one day); location wise is great with walking distance to restaurants and the malls (which are more than a plenty in this neighborhood). Staff was helpful and friendly though check in and check was long with all their paper work and adminstration process done sometimes manually. The breakfast - okay. More on the meaty side of items which does get heavy for morning. The gym is great. Would it stay here again - yes, it's a nice location and quiet area with a not too far distance from the office.
