We paid 3500 for the food sa NYE countdown, di worth it, overprice, food taste like crap and yung fireworks tinipid, yung banda naman boses ipis! Sabi na nga ba wag mag NYE sa pool area eh, overprice di naman worth it. Waste of money! Room is superb okay, buti nalang di kami nag avail ng breakfast.

Lovely stay at Citadines. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Would recommend to friends and family.

Service mind 10/10. Everyone are nice. I stayed at the end of November and they decorated the hotel in a Christmas theme which was great.

Location is good. 20 mins to airport. There is a supermarket and small mall beside the hotel. Room comes with separate living room. Size is good Buffet breakfast has limited spreads, not many choices.

The location is excellent for entertainment quarters and shopping, the staff friendly and helpful and the room spacious and clean. While not an avid TV watcher there was no channels due to a tech Italy issue. Four days later nothing resolved and no acknowledgement for the inconvenience. Ah well.

Very convenient place to stay in Manila, close to airport and various shopping malls, super helpfull staff, arranged me earlier checkin and gave extra hour for checkout. Definitelly recommend

Some amenities are not available and in your description it has a bathtub but there is none. There is no towel and other amenities so you need to make a follow up. I also suggest that the Housekeeping Department needs an improvement because it plays a vital role in delivering excellent service.

The proximity to NAIA airport also makes arrivals and departures incredibly stress-free. Outstanding Service & Thoughtful Amenities: The staff deserves a special mention for their warm, attentive, and excellent service, they truly make you feel welcome. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, spacious, modern, and brilliantly designed. It wasn't just a place to sleep, it was a comfortable living space complete with a sofa and a long desk, perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful amenities that set this hotel apart: * In-room microwave, a rare and hugely convenient feature. * Refillable drinking water, eco-friendly and so practical. * Complimentary parking, a significant value-add for those driving. A Minor Note & Final Verdict It's worth noting that the swimming pool was temporarily unavailable during our stay. While we would have loved to use it, it didn't detract from our overall excellent experience. In fact, it just gives us something to look forward to next time! Without a doubt, I will be returning on my future visits to the Philippines. Citadines offers incredible value, superb comfort, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!
