Es un motel, no es de extrañar que el precio sea barato. El saneamiento en la casa no es bueno, hay un olor extraño y solo es un poco mejor abrir la puerta durante mucho tiempo. A la mañana siguiente aparecieron dos coches de policía y parece que algo salió mal. No hay desayuno, no hay agua caliente en la habitación. El negro de la recepción tiene una actitud general.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no es un hotel muy agradable. La habitación estaba más caliente que cuando nos fuimos antes de salir de la casa. Nos quedaba tan caliente que ninguno de nosotros podía dormir. Mi marido fue a la mesa delantera pero no nos movían porque afirman ser reservados. También no tenían ningún fan disponible. El solicitó al gerente, pero no estaba en. (Lo que es comprensible como era 2:30am). Mi marido dormió en el coche con el AC en. Al checkout de la mañana, volvió a pedir al director, pero no estaba todavía. (8:30am el domingo por la mañana) La mujer en la oficina preguntó si había un problema y pensé que la cabeza de mi marido se iba a romper. Fue la persona que había hablado antes sobre el AC no funcionaba! Creo que había una barrera lingüística. Había televisión, no hay teleféricos para tampoco. La bañera estaba cerrada. El baño no había sido limpiado. Hay café, no hay cafetera. El desayuno fue publicado, no hay desayuno. La habitación huele. No volveremos a estar aquí. La habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba.

Here's the list: WiFi didn't work in our room - during the entire stay. We mentioned it to the guy at the front desk and were told ”sometimes we have issues in the rooms. Try it again when you get upstairs.” No solution, no asking if we wanted a different room. We went out and when we returned, there was a different guy at the desk. Mentioned it to him, and he asked if we had tried using the directions that were TAPED TO THE FRONT DESK. No, we had tried using the directions given to us with the keys when we checked in. They were DIFFERENT. We were able to get on WiFi in the lobby but then it still didn't work in our room with either login. There was only 1 elevator working the entire time - which had been the case when we stayed there SEVEN MONTHS ago. The pool was ”being repaired” so it wasn't open. It looked fine, but unavailable to guests. The next morning the TV in our room wasn't working and it also wasn't working in the main room where breakfast is eaten. And finally, the shower head had water coming out of only 1 of 3 possible places. Thankfully we were both tall enough to reach the shower head to adjust it a bit. Not sure what you do if you're 5'2.

This hotel is about definition average as you get. The room was outdated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice enough throughout the stay to not have any complaints about. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired but hey it's complimentary so what are you going to do. In the end was it a great hotel? No. Was there anything severely wrong with the room that justified a complaint? Also no. Would I stay here again? Possibly....?

La propiedad no se mantiene en absoluto, la hierba no se corta, el cajón se extiende por todas partes. Hay varios grandes cajas de basura fuera de la construcción a lo largo de la caminata (no puedo imaginar por qué tantos son necesarios) y todos estaban FLORANDO con basura, incluso bolsas extras de basura fuera de los arbustos incluyendo múltiples cajas de cajas de cerveza y sacar Contenedores de alimentos. No puedo imaginar el tipo de vermintos atraídos a la basura. Supongo que esta instalación se ha convertido en parte en un hotel residencial, pero no lo sé. Ni siquiera me sentí segura dejando mi coche allí durante la noche. Mi supuestamente no fumador se volvió de fumar cigarrillos. Basta de decir. Me inspeccioné y luego me echó de vuelta. Al menos me dio una devolución completa.

La primera vez en esta propiedad o cualquier hotel de marca Sonesta. Nice habitación y buena ubicación. El poder de salida durante un alerta de calor excesivo en NJ no ayudaba cuando la energía estaba fuera de las 6:30pm hasta al menos las 3:30pm. Somos los ancianos en el tercer piso. No hay aire acondicionado, luces, TV, uso de la cocina en la habitación, etc. Basicamente, una habitación oscura con paredes. No hay generadores de seguridad para poder las habitaciones. No hay lugar designado para cargar sus teléfonos. NO! y, no hay ajuste de nuestra cuenta durante el checkout o incluso una disculpa. La segunda noche de nuestra estadía, la energía salió en 30 segundos de nosotros saliendo del ascensor y caminando a una corta distancia a nuestra habitación, casi nos atrapaban. Muy decepcionado con Sonesta :(

Bueno, limpio y silencioso, totalmente equipado, el diseño de la ducha es un poco extraño.

Mi segunda estancia aquí...primera fue 2019...Me gustaba esta estancia más!! No comí en el restaurante esta vez...Waiter fue extremadamente rudo última vez así mi comida fue compotada...Personal en el bar esta vez...Rudolph...era maravilloso! Grande empresa/personal/conversation!!! ¡Recomendación para los que esperan una buena comida/companía/socialización!
