Excelente ubicación para una estancia familiar, con transporte, restaurantes y atracciones locales cerca. El servicio al cliente es excepcional y las habitaciones son espaciosas.

Disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia en el Mercure Parramatta. La ubicación es muy práctica, cerca de todo lo que quería ver y hacer. Mi habitación era cómoda y limpia, lo que me facilitó relajarme después de un largo día. La piscina fue un extra, y la comida del hotel estaba deliciosa. Todo el personal fue amable y me hicieron sentir como en casa. En resumen, un lugar fantástico para alojarse si visitas Parramatta. ¡Sin duda volvería!

Personal muy atento. Hotel antiguo. Así que no esperes demasiado. Creo que aún no lo han renovado.

El lugar no es cómodo. El personal no es muy servicial. El aire acondicionado no enfría. Solicité un reinicio, pero no se tomó ninguna medida.

The staff at Mercure Paramatta were really accommodating. Our room had some stains and smell. They upgraded us to a newly renovated room for free. Check-ins at Mercure were really easy.

Enjoyed my stay there, location is great parramatta and Harris park is nearby from the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly.

The receptionist staff working there are very hit and miss. On some days and times, you get very helpful staff. On other days not so much. Also I wouldn't recommend the private car park especially if you drive a larger vehicle!! Is a bit of a tight squeeze. On the flip side, the hotel is in a good location and is relatively clean

Everything was exceptional except aircon was not cooling at all and I couldn’t sleep, please get it checked.

The room and staff were great. I paid extra for breakfast for 2 days and we were very disappointed. The food was microwaved. The bacon was like plastic and the breakfast sausages were off. The eggs were horrible and watery (I think they were powdered eggs. Other than the food, the stay was very enjoyable.

One of the highlights of this hotel is definitely the staff. Every team member I interacted with was polite, attentive, and welcoming. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. I was also very pleased with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It feels well organized, calm, and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The introduction of the light rail has made this hotel a great stay. It was quite cheap and on the whole comfortable and pleasant. The facility could do with some maintenance however. Staff were very professional and welcoming.

Decent location, the only problem we had to change room as the first room they gave us smells weird. Other than that, its all good. Will need to renovate the place as it is starting to look run down.
