該酒店所處位置環境清凈，旁邊有一處玫瑰花園，酒店內部停車位足夠也很方便，酒店的早餐算是雖然中規中矩，但還可以。地面樓層的房間走廊過道灰塵與落葉幾天都沒有見清掃，所住的房間後門通往露台過道的門不能正常反鎖，前台個別職員的主動服務意識有待加強 The hotel is located in a clean environment, there is a rose garden next to it, the hotel has enough parking space and is convenient, and the breakfast in the hotel is decent, but it is OK. The dust and fallen leaves in the corridor of the room on the ground floor have not been cleaned for several days, and the door leading to the balcony corridor at the back door of the room where they live cannot be locked normally, and the active service awareness of individual staff at the front desk needs to be strengthened.

This was a great place to stay we walked downtown. Restaurant on site was excellent. New upgraded room was very nice. Under construction so the pool was closed and we had scaffolding outside our window. I would stay again. Staff was excellent.

Aspects of the restaurant we felt were not up to standard,the floor near the buffet was quite sticky and unclean, maybe more variety in continental breakfast, as in croissant, cheese, sliced meat, however our room was excellent , very clean,

Realise the place is outdated and appreciate the fact it is now being renovated. We had a basic, budget room, and it certainly does need upgrading - however we booked and stayed due to the convenience, not due to us spending a lot of time in there. Was particularly annoyed that internet connection was still using outdated connections - and wasn't working for us. If I was on business this would have been more critical.

Very basic room for the price. Breakfast was good. Fridge made a noise all night.

always enjoy to stay here as the parking and getting about the city is easy. Views are nice and I don't feel too cramped or hemmed in. Option of a breakfast if needed which is also good. had lovely newly refurbished room. Excellent stay

The check-in was initially a bit sloppy but improved when additional staff came on desk. The room was comfortable and actually quite nice. Bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower head very short. The water pressure great in shower bath not so good took ages to get any real water in there but to be fair they say on their description that they are currently upgradinging these. The exterior of the rooms was very dirty dark and blocked in. Had a ranch slider but could really use it as the area was blocked in with wooden slats and clearly not maintained. The restaurant was amazing. The staff were very attentive and they made my 3 year old feel great as well. He got his own menu and an activity pack. The food and service I couldn'tfault even with a wedding happening in an adjoining area. There are rose gardens across the street to walk around and the pool area at the complex was amacculate. There is onsite parking. All in all met my needs for a one night stay and would stay again

A lovely stay, the room was spacious, the bed so comfy. The staff efficient and helpful. The food delicious. The only issue was children bombing in the pool on several occasions...but that falls down to.parents not supervising

The rooms were clean and had all the required amenities, the dining facilities was good.

Stay was decent. The hotel fulfilled our need of being close to the Northern Explorer station. There is a nice rose garden right in front that we regret not having time to visit. The room had everything we needed, but the condition of the property needs an update, which I think is on the way.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the room was very clean and comfortable. The property is being refurbished which will make a big difference to the overall feel of the place once complete. The location was convenient and quiet and ideal for events in Parnell or the CBD.
