Akademie really lives up to her reputation and fully deserves all the accolades. It is indeed a home away from home, and service is warm, personable and probably the best you can get. We had the most incredible stay here! The host was gracious and went the extra mile to make this place feel like home. The double shower heads were a wonderful surprise! Large, deep soaking tub was an added bonus. Walking out to an incredible view was the cherry on the cake. This place is one in a million!

This is a very beautiful cottage. Inside, there is a barbecue and everything you need for it (coals, lighter fluid, etc.). There is a fireplace with firewood. There is a microwave and a refrigerator (no stove). The bathroom has underfloor heating. The property has a beautiful grounds.

Nice Homely place just far enough away from the main town. Good size room with a nice veranda area. Attentive staff and manager to make sure your stay is pleasant. Would recommend this place.

Отель понравился. Вкусные завтраки. Удобное расположение: близко к центральной улочке с ресторанами, на винодельни нужно ехать на машине, но удобно, что они все сосредоточены в окрестностях Франшхука.

Это место, где хочется задержаться. От самого входа в аппараты и до момента выселения улыбка не сходила у меня с лица. Здесь много милых винтажных вещей в едином стиле и при этом очень современно и наполнено нужными для проживания деталями. Местоположение - в самом центре жизни города, очень удобно как для неспешной прогулки по галереям и магазинам, так и для расслабленного обеда или ужина в милых кафе. А станция винного трамвая совсем рядом. Обязательно будем рекомендовать друзьям.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect location, perfect stay. Breakfast was great. Lunch was available but at the time of our stay dinner wasn’t available. However town is super close by and there are ample restaurants to choose from. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There are a couple of swimming pools that the guests can use. The villas are spacious, clean and have everything you need. We would 100% recommend staying here and we would definitely return!

Очень хорошее место! Тихо, но пешком до центра и станции винного трамвая. Есть гараж. Очень вкусный завтрак! Очень живописное место! Очень приятный персонал, все, с кем мы общались были очень добры. Удобная кровать, просторный санузел. С чистой совестью рекомендую!
