It's one of the best hotel I've ever stayed. Very clean, a lot of parking spaces. You pay $22 for the parking. Clean room, friendly staff. Outside sqimming pool. Ful breakfast

Spacious room that can fit 3 person comfortably (with the sofa bed). Breakfast is great with variety of choices and different menus each day. Location is convenient and walkable to the Millbrae BART station entrance (around 150 meters). The bed is quite soft but I’m ok with it.

room was spacious and nicely furnished. mattress was OK. only one sink. breakfast was so-so. eggs were good. coffee was awful. personnel were pleasant and mostly helpful. No ice machines, but they will give you ice at no charge. I would probably stay here again, depending on the price of the room.

Whether you call it continental or buffet-style, it was fresh, plentiful, and satisfying — a wonderful way to start the day before stepping out to enjoy the Bay. The dining area itself, with its light-filled space and water views, made even a simple morning meal feel special. Overall, this was truly one of the best San Francisco Bay experiences I have ever had in my life. The combination of stunning views, attentive service, and a relaxing atmosphere makes Bay Landing Hotel a place I would highly recommend — and absolutely return to.

Eran más de las 10 de la noche cuando salíamos del aeropuerto hacia el hotel. Justo cogimos el último autobús del aeropuerto. El conductor fue muy amable, nos dio un tour mientras conducíamos e incluso nos ayudó con el equipaje (le dimos propina). El desayuno estuvo bueno, con carne, huevos, leche, yogur, panqueques y jugo. El comedor estaba limpio. Recomiendo al hotel que no use vajilla desechable. La piscina y el jacuzzi eran pequeños, y no los usé para comprobar su limpieza. Se pidió un depósito de $100 al hacer el check-in, que dijeron que se reembolsaría al hacer el check-out, pero no lo veo en mi tarjeta de crédito. Aunque las instalaciones eran sencillas, el precio era razonable y me pareció una excelente relación calidad-precio. Una noche de sueño reparador y tranquilo, un buen desayuno y un autobús del aeropuerto era todo lo que necesitaba. Hay un McDonald's al lado.

If I am going to spend quite a bit of money to book a hotel I want real people to check me in, not some AI avatar. Did not even stay for breakfast the second morning, wasn't worth it. Got a printout with wifi and password and it wasn't even correct. I travel overseas extensively and stay at some of the worlds best hotels and this place seems to be giving the absolute minimum.

This hotel is great and worth it for the price. Perfect for nights out in SF with a safer environment as it’s only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. The room was big and comfy. Breakfast was delicious and with a good selection. Would stay again 100%.
