The staff welcoming us at check in were very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable. The cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and the check-out time was generous, noon. Only a few problems: the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I only discovered in the morning while I was taking a shower, there were a few stray hairs still on the bathroom floor around the shower, the hot water carafe in the lobby was not kept hot so I had to warm up hot chocolate in my room microwave, and the cable TV didn't work in the morning, so we had no reason to stay for the late check out. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning and it was a good start to our day. I'd be willing to use Hampton Inns again.

Staying on campus was a very comfortable experience. With a gym and bike rental available downstairs, everything was super convenient. The only drawback was the lack of a main light in the room, but overall, it was a great place to stay.

El hotel está muy cerca de la pared y el hotel está muy cerca de la pared. Después de que el agua caliente se volviera más alta que yo normalmente, la presión aumentó lo suficiente para hacerlo posible. Además de que todo era grande y la gente era muy agradable que interactué con. Reservaré aquí cuando viajo de nuevo a Colombia.

My room is right next to a parking tower, so I can't open the curtains! I've stayed for two days in a row, and it doesn't feel good! The service ladies are good! Bed is good! Thank you!

La televisión pensó que el canal era inútil (la mesa delantera dijo que el técnico estaba llegando el día siguiente). La TV estaba a la derecha de la cama, frente a la derecha, como la mayoría de los hoteles.

Lo que me hizo llegar tarde. Ha tardado casi una hora para conseguir que alguien viniera al escritorio. Si no hubiera reservado una aplicación, habría ido a otro lugar. La habitación era muy limpia y el desayuno complimentario era muy bueno también. En general mi estancia era bastante agradable. Incluso después del comienzo rocoso, reservaría de nuevo cuando visitaba la zona.

I will start with the good. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfy. Room 128 had no kleenex, clock, hangers or hairdryer. If MainStay is supposed to be like home, this place wasn't! Apparently they are trying to save the earth because the lighting is so dim you will not be reading in the room or applying makeup. Bathroom has a vessel sink which is a pain. There was a bar of soap and nowhere to put it. No plastic cups for brushing your teeth, but instead they have glass tumblers. Dangerous if one of those hits the tile bathroom floor! The web-site advertises free breakfast but there is no such thing. Then take it off of your web-site!

Rooms were nice and clean, only downfall is not having a microwave in the room. I had to keep leaving the room to warm.up my newborn baby bottle. I also had grabbed a few microwavables for myself that I ended up not being able to use because there wasnt a microwave so it was very inconvenient.

I never even got the chance to stay at the hotel due to them having a double column list of bank/cc they don't accept. I attempted to cancel my stay and they weren't trying to assist with that. All I was told was to contact the booking company and they would refund my payment. Well nine of this has happened and I tried 3 times to get my money back and they gave me the run around about timing as if I hadn't tried multiple times to cancel

We went out for breakfast about 8:15 no plates, no orange juice, no milk, no toast a couple of muffins and only enough batter for one waffle very disappointing. I had an appointment at the VA later and was expecting breakfast before I went
