I was extremely satisfied with everything I experienced at this hotel except for one thing, which I expressed to a front desk employee: there is an exterior trash can close to the main entrance that became overflowing with trash to the point where it was on the ground, and the ashtray on top of it was never emptied during my 3 night stay either. The response I received was that the owners would not hire a 'houseman' to attend to this and other duties, and no one else is assigned to do so. Unacceptable. Something has to be done to ensure this is rectified immediately.

Enjoyed our stay. Second time staying at the Burgundy Hotel. If coming to Little Rock, this is definitely the hotel to book and stay. Quaint and Eclectic Hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, spacious king bed rooms, and has an excellent restaurant inside as well as a good breakfast bistro too. Customer Service is very accommodating and professional..They strive to make your stay enjoyable and overall experience pleasing.

The check-in was friendly and quick. The lobby and common areas were nice and clean. The room was clean, spacious, laid out well and very functional. The only problem was the GE air unit was noisy and chirped all night. It woke us up a couple of times. We checked in late and were just there for one night and put up with it. Breakfast bar area was nice and clean, and the food was the usual, but adequate.

Había escasez de personal y la única persona que trabajaba cuando me registré no entendía el software de la computadora. Le tomó casi 30 minutos registrarse en una habitación PREPAGADA.

En realidad vine a visitar a un miembro de la familia que luchaba contra el cáncer de mama, así que para ser honesto la mayoría de mi tiempo estaba en el hospital. I no tuvo problemas o complicaciones.

The cost is decent. Quiet and clean. They charge an extra $60 refundable deposit plus an extra $5 when booking on this website so be prepared for that.

The motel itself was average, but the location was excellent! I was able to grab dinner at a nearby restaurant and do some quick shopping without having to drive far. The room was basic but clean. Good for a night’s stay if you need convenience.

Stayed the night with my boyfriend it’s been a great place for us the last few weeks we’ve been here been having a rough time but this has been keeping us afloat until that changes decent rooms and affordable prices can’t ask for anything more
