three main issues with my stay. 1) the shower was ridiculous - it literally took fifteen minutes to get anything like warm water coming out of the shower. I was lucky because I had time - if i was there for business and pressed to get out to a meeting, I would have been very upset. On the day I left, I was able to do my packing and tidy the room in the time it took for the water to run hot. Total waste of water 2) the closet had broken hinges on the door - not a huge issue, but generally made the room feel unloved and not cared for. Very simple maintenance could fix it, but no one cared enough to fix. Shows a lack of quality control for the customer experience 3) the walls were very thin - i could hear my neighbor come back at 2:45 am, play music on their phone, run the shower and then partake in some amorous night time activities through the wall. in general the location is good, service from the front desk and the housekeeping was good, parking is convenient

This hotel is nice. It was clean. It is farther away from downtown Rochester Hills than the website indicates. We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, just a very small indoor pool. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Two floors of the hotel were filled with kids' hockey teams that were running wild on the other floors, including our floor. The breakfast room the following morning was much the same, the kids were yelling, running around, making a mess of everything while the parents were conversing with the other parents. Total disrespect to the rest of guests. The kids were mixing all the different juices together and then throwing it out because it didn't taste good, throwing away bananas they didn't peel, just wasting food. I know this was not the hotels fault. It's just a shame the parents or the kids had no regard for all the other patrons. We had to wait for the sole person manning the breakfast room to refill most of the breakfast items. There was a nice selection of hot and cold food once it was replenished. I would still stay at this hotel again

A very nice hotel with welcoming staff. The room is like a tiny apartment. It has everything you need (they bought quality stuff). The only note, they have feather pillows, in case you are allergic to it. The room was clean, I was nicely surprised to see quilt cover, not just in between the sheets.

Room was fairly priced, located close to shopping, activities and the Fwy, but sadly the room was less than clean. I believe the bedding was reused; as i found long hairswithin the room and bed. If marketing as an ” Extended Stay” option there needs to be more complete amenities to complete a guests stay.

El viaje es casi un mes en este hotel, y es un hábito, no es suficiente para más que para más. Hay parking gratuito, desayuno, sala de fitness y piscina, aunque el agua en la piscina de invierno es relativamente suave.

This place was old but the rooms have been upgraded. Our room was mostly clean with just some corners missed. The updates were basic but nice. We do appreciate the hard floor in place of carpeting. The bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the desk, microwave and refrigerator and the many outlets around the room. There was one weird piece of that though. None of the desk power worked unless the overhead light was on. My husband does desk work before i get up and this added many hurdles for him. The staff was very friendly. We had some extra time so stopped to see if we could check in early but they apologized that they couldn't accommodate us because the rooms were not ready. I would much rather wait than have a room that cleaning was rushed to get us in. This hotel enforces a quiet time which again is wonderful for us.. We play music for a living and we fully appreciate a discounted but quiet room stay. The drive to the hotel is a little difficult to follow the first time because the road comes in the back way. It feels a little unsafe BUT we had no issues at all. We will be back.

This happened to be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever seen in my life first one they gave me fridge raider was moldy bed was dirty bathroom disgusting so I asked for another one the second one the same thing food all over the top of the dresser crumbs that was broken sus but all the walls the carpet with sticky it stunk the pool was filthy. Yes, it is a cheap hotel, but still could still be kept clean. I will never go back. I used to go there all the time the people that work there are great they just need to keep it clean. It’s gross the floors floors how can you go onto your room in the floor be sticky the carpet
