KKseniia KoshevaiaLa habitación era muy grande, pero no se podía oír nada. El desayuno por $15 no vale la pena. En los hoteles regulares, este desayuno está incluido en el precio de la habitación. No creo estar dispuesto a volver ahí.

UUsuario invitadoafter an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

RRazzazI enjoyed my stay, the room is spacious and fully equipped.
The breakfast had lots of variety and the lobby free drinks were an advantage.
The backyard has a wonderful lake view and garden (which makes it feel like heaven).
Highly recommended.

UUsuario invitadoWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

PPatience CharieThe guy at the front isn't very friendly. I watched him check in at least 12 people throughout the day and never once saw him smile. Customers had to ask him questions. He hardly even looked up and made eye contact with customers.
TV did work most of the night and they told us that's normal. After an hour or so they normally have to call maintenance to come fix it.
The lady that comes in for him is great. She is friendly and helpful.

EEdward Bryan JohnsonEl hotel y la zona son muy diferentes de lo que recuerdo, pero el hotel es un antiguo favorito de hace 15 años, no es espléndido o extravagante, pero las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes para relajarse y las camas lo suficientemente cómodas para dormir.
