UUsuario invitadoI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff.
I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again.
Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!

UUsuario invitadoNos reservamos una habitación de rey, pagamos por ella y recibimos confirmación. Cuando mi marido fue a cambiar de habitación, una persona en la mesa dijo que los reyes estaban reservados y la otra persona en la mesa dijo que había un modelo y no había camas de rey. Nos han ayudado en absoluto y ya que ya habíamos descargado todos nuestros equipajes quedamos allí de todos modos.

UUsuario invitadoOverall this hotel is good if you just need a bed and a warm shower. The staff were friendly and very helpful! This is a no frills stay but gives you the necessities and a safe spot within the city. The hotel is gated to keep unwanted visitors out and our rental car was safe in the lot. The beds aren’t the nicest, very stiff, and the pillows were very flat- but for the price per night it was fine. We didn’t spend any time in the room except to shower and sleep- which this hotel was perfect for lol. Our room had a smoke smell to it, but we were fine dealing with it. Notified the front deals and they made sure to make a note of it so we weren’t charged smoking fee. Pros: cheap, nice helpful staff, hot shower, good water pressure, gated lot, decently safer area than further into Albuquerque.. Cons: hard bed, flat pillows, thin towels, landlord special upkeep lol.

SStephen CornwellEl hotel está bien, es una unidad más vieja en una parte cruda de la ciudad.La basura fuera y dentro de mi habitación,el camino y la entrada trasera no se vacía diariamente.El coche en el estacionamiento trasero fue vandalizado mientras estaba allí, no mi coche, La habitación era limpia y la habitación era limpia. Tenía un mal problema con la puerta de la habitación abierto desde fuera, soy bastante fuerte, pero tuve que hip-chequear la puerta cada vez que entraba en mi , es tan obvio que el personal de limpieza debe haber informado que era tan difícil de abrir, Estoy fácil de ir, pero necesita ser informado y reparado.
