Reservamos 2 noches en el Hira Cave Hotel. ¡Omar y Mehdi se ocuparon de todas nuestras peticiones durante nuestra estancia! La propiedad es preciosa, las habitaciones están bien cuidadas y la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de unas vistas preciosas (desde la azotea). 📱 Se pusieron en contacto con nosotros antes del check-in para darnos información sobre la reserva del globo aerostático, otras excursiones y nos ayudaron a organizar un servicio de traslado al aeropuerto; todo ello por WhatsApp. Incluso nos ayudaron a organizar un taxi a altas horas de la noche para ir a la ciudad y también para volver al hotel. 🛜 ¡El WiFi es bueno aquí! Tampoco tuvimos problemas de conectividad con 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Inicialmente habíamos reservado la ”habitación Arch” (que tiene ventanas), pero al llegar por la noche, nos dieron la habitación Deluxe Cave (más pequeña y sin ventanas). Creo que fue un error honesto y, una vez que lo señalamos, Mehdi nos llevó a ver las otras habitaciones disponibles y terminamos eligiendo la habitación Queen con jacuzzi. Realmente aprecio que haya hecho esto y el problema se resolvió en el acto. 🛁 La habitación Queen es hermosa y espaciosa, ¡y el baño es enorme! ¡Tiene un jacuzzi con capacidad para 2 personas! La presión del agua en la ducha es excelente y se proporcionaron servicios básicos en el baño. 🌬️ Hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, sin embargo, no era tan fresco como esperábamos. También hubo una falla en la que se apagaba constantemente después de unos 30 minutos y luego nos mostraba un error. Entonces tuvimos que volver a encenderlo, lo que fue un poco incómodo 🤷🏻♀️. El problema se planteó durante el check-out y dijeron que lo investigarían. 👍🏼 🍽️ Tienen una terraza para desayunar cubierta pero con una vista panorámica IMPRESIONANTE de toda la ciudad de Göreme. ¡Tenían una deliciosa variedad de comida recién hecha, limpia y saludable! También pudieron hacer huevos revueltos a pedido. En general, nuestra experiencia aquí fue genial. Nos sentimos atendidos y podemos decir con seguridad que tomamos una buena decisión al alojarnos aquí. 🫰🏼✨ ¡Un agradecimiento especial a Omar y Mehdi por su amable hospitalidad! Recomendaríamos este lugar a todos, ya que cada habitación es única y atraerá a personas de diferentes gustos. 📝 Notas para mejorar: - Incluir una tabla de planchar en la habitación/armario - Incluir un espejo de cuerpo entero en la habitación. ¡Tus invitados te lo agradecerán!

This was an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was beautiful with a super comfy king size bed. Family run hotel and all the staff were really friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was amazing. All served fresh and plentiful. Great selection with unlimited drinks. Miresh was really helpful with recommendations . Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. 10/10

Excelente lugar, comodo, buena ubicacion y en general la limpieza es muy buena, solo tuve detalles con un olor peculiar en el baño, pero nada que un desodorante no arreglara. La cama es cómoda, tienes un pequeño frigobar, accesorios de limpieza personal. La ubicación realmente perfecta, para mochileros, que gusten del caminar, ya que a 12 minutos tienes el mirador para ver el amanecer con los globos de fondo. El desayuno super completo y de buen sabor, la variedad no cambia, todos los dias es igual, pero asi es en Turquia , y no tengo problema alguno con eso.

Debo decir que este lugar es una maravilla. Nunca me sentí tan bien: el dueño es súper amable y la habitación es enorme, con un estilo que lo supera todo. Un auténtico ambiente mediterráneo con un toque único. ¡Definitivamente vale la pena experimentarlo! ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

We stayed for four nights and five days. We had requested a room with a window, but on the first night, we were given a room without one. However, from the second night onward, we were able to move to a room with a window. The first night’s room was actually a cave room with a 600-year history, so it turned out to be a precious and memorable experience. The hotel staff, especially Eylul and Enes, were very friendly and always attentive, checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to spend our stay comfortably without any inconvenience. On the morning of our departure, the water supply stopped, but the staff responded quickly, and we were able to use water again before leaving. Taking photos on the rooftop with the cats and the hot air balloons in the background became an unforgettable memory. We also got to ride a hot air balloon, making it a truly fulfilling five days. Thank you very much for everything.

We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

The hotel has a wonderful view. We stayed in a cave room, and its design and atmosphere were very authentic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also helped us book a hot air balloon flight and a regional tour at a better price than the online rates.

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en pareja; el hotel está limpio, tiene un ambiente encantador y está muy bien ubicado, a poca distancia a pie del centro de Göreme. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento; incluso les pedí que organizaran la decoración de mi cumpleaños y lo hicieron de maravilla. También ofrecen reservas sencillas para las excursiones de los parques nacionales (Green/Red) y los paseos en globo aerostático, aunque los precios son algo elevados en comparación con las agencias locales. Si bien el desayuno era normalito, la hospitalidad en general y la excelente ubicación hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy agradable.

We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing. It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
