Absolutely loved my stay at Samira Exclusive — a true gem of a hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They not only greeted me warmly but even took the time to remember my name and say hello every time they saw me — such a lovely personal touch that made the whole experience feel extra special. My room was fantastic — spacious, beautifully maintained, and with a stunning view of the sea. Waking up to that view every morning was a dream. The private jacuzzi and hot tub were the cherry on top — the perfect spot to unwind and soak it all in after a day out exploring. The bar downstairs had a great vibe — relaxed, stylish, and always buzzing with good energy. It was warm and welcoming, the kind of place you could happily spend a few hours just soaking in the atmosphere with a drink in hand. All in all, Samira Exclusive is the ideal place for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

Desde mi llegada, me recibieron con una cálida hospitalidad y un servicio excepcional. El hotel tiene un diseño precioso, con una decoración elegante y comodidades modernas que hicieron que mi estancia fuera increíblemente cómoda. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y bien equipadas, con impresionantes vistas de los alrededores. La cama era increíblemente cómoda, lo que garantizó un sueño reparador. También aprecié los detalles detallistas, como los artículos de aseo gratuitos y un minibar bien surtido. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, con fácil acceso a las atracciones locales y hermosas playas. El restaurante del hotel sirve deliciosas comidas con una variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. Disfruté especialmente del desayuno buffet, que ofrecía una amplia selección de platos frescos y sabrosos. Lo que realmente distingue a Luna KAS es su personal. Отличный отель, рекомендую, жаль что не было времени задержаться на большее количество дней, чистый, светлый и главное уютный небольшой отель, бассейн с тёплой водой, уютный дворик, номера чистые, довольно просторные, по русски не говоря, девушка на ресепшн говорит на английском, без знания языка, быстро и легко заселились, всё довольно просто и понятно. Отдельное внимание - завтраки, в уютной беседке во дворе, на фоне гор, омлет, овощи, сыры, оливки, фрукты. В этот отель я бы вернулась!

This review is actually more about Radisson Blu Kas than Novva Hotels Kas, as we ended up staying at Radisson Blu. We arrived in Kas late at night and found that Novva Hotels Kas was closed: there was no staff on site and the reception was not operating. Since our stay had been prepaid, the situation was quite unpleasant and stressful after a long journey. We contacted the reception through Trip.com, and the agent explained that due to technical reasons the hotel was temporarily closed, and guests were being accommodated at the neighboring Radisson Blu Kas. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which was the main downside of the experience. Luckily, Radisson Blu is located very close by, and from that point on everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room with a stunning sea view (we had originally booked a sea-view room at Novva). The service was outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I cannot really comment on Novva Hotels Kas itself, as we did not stay there, but Radisson Blu Kas exceeded our expectations. It seems that the two hotels may be operating in cooperation. Overall:
— the only negative was the lack of prior notice about Novva being closed;
— the service and hospitality at Radisson Blu were excellent. If judging by the actual stay experience, everything was great :)

Отель красивый, но пошарпанный. В номере при въезде были грязные чашки от прошлых жильцов, дверь входная открывалась и закрывалась только толчком. Шумоизоляция очень плохая, всех соседей слышно. Уборка символичная, некоторый мусор с поверхности не убрали. Парковки нет. Завтрак выносят, шведского стола нет. Был странный эпизод, утром вышли полюбоваться видами и вернулись в номер, через 1,5 часа спустились завтракать, а там нас оказывается все эти полтора часа ждет остывший и заветревшийся завтрак.. официант без нашей просьбы решил сразу все вынести, как только нас увидел, пришлось есть холодный и постоявший завтрак. Места в номере крайне мало, чемодан не разложить. На пару ночей полюбоваться видами пойдет. Виды действительно хороши и завораживают, греческий остров напротив. Администратор был очень вежлив.

Un hotel muy bueno. Porque es otoño, no hay mucha gente, la tienda dio una habitación en una casa de baño separada, muy tranquila. También hay nevera de lavandería. El personal del restaurante también es entusiasta y la comida es muy fresca. La estadía caliente y cálida es muy cómoda.
