BBabiesBooOverall, it is excellent. Starting with the price, it's so cheap, including breakfast. The room is spacious for two guest and everything is new to welcome their honored guests. However, the younger woman who answers the phone with the hotel number, looks quite annoyed when the guest makes a call to ask how to get to the hotel. So we have no idea how she did that.
Talking about the most important part is escorting their guest, the housekeeper (an aunt with short hair) is very friendly and she loves what she does. We gave her some tips for that. Her great service mind reduces our unsatisfied with the service of the first lady, and we still rate this service at a good level no matter what.

UUsuario invitadoBeautiful modern villa at best location on Tawaen beach. The villa is clean and well furnished with everything u may needed there. Close to nature with small garden in front and at the back. U can feel and see the green all the time spending in this small villa. A Plunge pool is cool. It’s giving u a place to relax during the busy time of the beach. Breakfast was nice and served to the pool side. Walking distance to 7eleven and surrounded by eateries. Pick up and drop off to/from Nabaan Pier with buggy promptly (making a call once the boat departing from Balihai bay). Khun Noon was helpful and very responsive. She assisted to arrange activities with pick-up as well.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed here for two nights and woke up on my birthday while looking at a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand / Gulf of Siam. We stayed in the Panoramic Double Room, and I think our balcony was about as big as our room! We had great views of the water and mountains, and it was super peaceful. The reservation included breakfast for two, AND we also got a complimentary motor bike (with free gas) during our stay. *** I had read about the motor bikes in other reviews and was skeptical, but our reservation did include the motor bike. (Maybe it depends on which type of room you book). The breakfast was nice, and I could hear birds chirping as I drank my coffee each morning.
We took the motor bike to Samae Beach one day, but I made sure we came back to the room before sunset because I knew it would be a beautiful view from our balcony. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant by the water and had dinner. The only down sides were: There were some ants in our room (but that is normal in Thailand), and a nearby club played loud music one night. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again in the future.

MMegumi_Tanyaประทับใจทุกอย่าง ที่พักไม่ได้ติดหาดแต่แว้นมอเตอร์ไซค์ไปแค่ 5 นาทีได้ค่ะ สงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย มีรถไปรับ-ส่งท่าเรือหน้าบ้าน ถ้าไปถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอินก็ฝากของไว้ ดื่ม welcome drink แล้วออกไปขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์รอบเกาะรอเพลินๆ ไม่ต้องเช่าแถมน้ำมันเต็มถัง😁 เจ้าของที่พักใจดี แนะนำที่เที่ยว แนะนำร้านอาหาร มีข้อสงสัยโทรถามได้ตลอด ห้องพักเตียงนุ่มเด้ง แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ เตรียมมาแค่เสื้อผ้าพอค่ะ อาหารเช้าอร่อย ผลไม้สด น้ำส้มทานแล้วสดชื่นนน ขากลับมีของที่ระลึกน่ารักๆชิ้นเดียวในโลกให้ด้วยนะคะ recommend!!! ประทับใจมากค่ะ อบอุ่นด้วย 🥰

UUsuario invitadoEverything is top notch. In hotel premise is a good spot to take photo too. Breakfast is provided and no limit for extra food. Bike is available but have to add 300 baht for the whole day use. When is the time to check out, they provide the service to send you to the pier. Just would be better if they do provide iron.
Anyway i will come to stay in this hotel again if i woild visit Koh Larn

Из плюсов :хорошее расположение, вкусный завтрак. Из минусов:палатки старенькие, как и бельё, у меня должна была быть палатка сивью, но видимо персонал решил подзаработать, мне сказали что это ошибка и сивью только за дополнительную плату. В целом, на одну ночь сойдёт.

UUsuario invitadoЖили тут 11 дней, за это время в номере убрались 2 раза, когда кончалась вода/туалетная бумага/кофе приходилось выпрашивать у владельца. От отеля до Манки бич 2,5 км, до пирса Бали хай 700 метров, рядом много кафешек/магазинов. Байк (300) и такси (100)можно попросить у владельца. Ночью долбит музыка из кафешек,все бы ничего, но певцам на ухо медведь наступил. На улице где можно посидеть хорошо, но много мух, муравьев и Комаров.
Из плюсов сад осень красивый,

Hay telarañas, arena y los lavabos del inodoro parecen no funcionar bien. Sería bueno que el personal se tomara el tiempo necesario para mejorar la limpieza e higiene, ya que es una excelente habitación/hotel.
