Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. La habitación no estaba vacía durante mi estancia, y faltaban algunas toallas; tuve que contactar con la recepción repetidamente para artículos como un kit dental. Aunque había reservado sin desayuno y pagado por ello en el hotel, me habían acercado los proveedores de servicios durante mi comida para informarme de que el pago estaba pendiente. Esto fue bastante inquietante y embarazoso, especialmente porque el personal de recepción no parecía coordinar con los que prestaban servicios. ¿Comería el desayuno y no pagaría??? Como realmente 😒

Отель очень понравился! Неожиданно высокий уровень обслуживания, не уступает лучшим отелям Турции. Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, большая кровать с двумя тумбочками и кушеткой, большой шкаф, длинный стол и стулья, кресло с журнальным столиком - мебели достаточно для комфорта. В ванной душевая кабина, ванна, не хватает только биде или гигиенического душа. В ванной также стеллаж для одежды. Чистота на высоте. Сервис тоже: вечером приходит работник и расстилает постель, ставит около нее тапочки и коврик типа полотенца. Завтрак проходит возле бассейна, на улице или в помещении. На шведском столе, помимо стандартных блюд, три разных салата, несколько видов сыров (в том числе камамбер и рокфор), 4-5 видов свежих соков (арбуз, ананас, маракуйя и др), из фруктов - два вида маракуйи, арбуз, ананас, оранжевые шарики - ”гусиная ягода”, папайя, а также плоды томатного дерева. Завтрак изысканный!

The Nature Kigali was the most beautiful experience. Strategically located, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly, amazing, accommodating staff. The owner Hugh is very friendly. We felt like we were at home away from home. Great value for money. The food is so popular that is well frequented. There are stores in walking distance.....What can I say..I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in spick and span budget hotel. I would do it again!

The hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is situated in the city of Kigali, offering a panoramic view of the city’s picturesque landscape from its elevated position. The swimming pool is a highlight, and the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and a willingness to assist guests. I highly recommend booking a stay at this hotel during my next visit to Kigali.

I had sent 2 emails to inform lodge i would check in at 2.30 am; no one was on reception when I arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for guy to show. They’d put in very loud room beside very busy dual carriageway. In the end they upgraded me to quieter room but still heard construction noise banging from neighbouring compound throughout the night. I left a 10,000 franc tip for dinner one night; that was mistakenly put on check out bill for $10. It is beautiful but I have quite a few buts….
