I had a pleasant stay at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were accommodating and professional, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was relaxing and convenient.

I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated. The Positives The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided. The Issue: ”Unequal and Unfair” Room Sizes We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the ”size lottery” but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience. If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts.

The hotel has a country mixed with a modern feel which reflects the local landscape. I like that the function hall seems big enough to fit our company's event. The regular room size that we checked in is spacious, and the toilet is very clean. However, they didn't provide a kettle so we couldn't drink coffee inside. Unlike other hotels having a kettle is standard. Swimming pools are rather small though, not so clean I guess especially the kids pool. But I love the fact they have a life guard on duty to watch over the swimmers. Resting areas around the pool are also limited. Food at the restaurant seems decent, but the ac eating area is limited, some need to eat outside. Overall, even with its limitations I enjoyed my stay because the room we stayed in is very clean, and the service people are quite friendly

2 days kami nag accomodate, ito lang po ang napansin namin: 1. 2 días Kami nawalan ng tubig tuwing Umaga, kaya doon kami sa public c.r na medyo malayo sa room name. (Super hassle) 2. Ang C.R. luna bombabaha 3. Super lamig ng tubig, yung heater ay design lang pero walang silbi. 4. Ang desayuno ay mamantika (delikado sa mga puede sangrar alta en matadas ang colesterol.) Ang mga food din ay pabalik balik lang ang putahe. Kung ano ang ulam kagabi, yun din ang ulam sa susunod na gabi. Walaan lang bagong putahe. Sugerencia: la palabra iba-ibahin naman para hindi nakakasawa..

Lo único que estaba fuera fue la conexión a Internet o WiFi en mi habitación estaba en y fuera me reservaba debido a una entrevista muy importante así que esperaba tener una conexión de alta velocidad en la habitación espero que la próxima vez asegure que su WiFi es estable y consistente. Booked this hotel because i was looking for a hotel that is close to Bocolod airport and it was published as 3.8kms to the airport But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name Can you please rectify and not confuse customers Overall it's just a budget hotel VERY Disappointed

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.

We stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.

It’s my second time to stay here at Avenue one thing for sure sobrang bait at approachable nang mga staff! No mornings or afternoon na hindi ka nila babatiin once na masalubong ka nila . Sobrang nakaka ganda nang araw!Sobrang linis din nang room , as-in everyday nila pinapalitan lahat! Every punta ko nang Bacolod Avenue Suites na talaga ako!❤️🫡 HALONG!💚
