Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

La habitación estaba limpia. El hotel está cerca de la ciudad SM. Pero no sentí privacidad, He notado que hay un pequeño agujero en la pared parcialmente cubierto por un adesivo. Eso es crepúsculo, así que retiré el signo de no fumar en la mesa y lo coloqué en la parte superior del tapón que cubre el agujero para asegurarme de que nadie me mira.

This has been my 5th stay here I think and I find this hotel a good one. It’s close to places for eating and shopping and just across you can find a shop that sells groceries at cheaper price! Room is clean and the staff here are friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Will still continue to stay here. Thanks! Good experience overall.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The buffet food was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. Every meal was satisfying, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The whole place was nice and the I like the small size like there's a mid size pool sorrounded by rooms. So basically the pool or even just the view is very accessible and visible from your room. There is also a small gazebo where they serve breakfast. So this again is very near to the rooms. So the small size feels homey. I can come back again but I just want to make sure that the hotel will not be fully occupied because if that's so then it will lose its charm due to overcrowding especially if there's an event. Which brings me to this topic - I booked and was confirmed for 2 nights but upon check in I was told Trip.com made a mistake with the hotel so they can't accommodate me on the 2nd night. In fairness to the hotel manager, she made arrangements for me to be booked in another nearby bigger hotel (with a good buffet breakfast) the following morning. Aside from this anxious moment, my stay was pleasant - attentive service staff, nice ambiance, passable breakfast since it's just plated with 3in1 coffee. Overall it's good value for money.

Una de las principales razones que reservamos fue el uso de la piscina. Desafortunadamente, sólo se notificó que la piscina estaba bajo mantenimiento cuando llegamos allí, se nos dijo que ellos sólo comenzaron el mantenimiento justo una semana antes de nuestra llegada 🥴 no la culpa del propietario, Pero si nos hubieran dado cuenta antes tal vez tendríamos dos pensamientos de encontrar otro con una piscina que se pueda utilizar. Sin embargo, la unidad misma es limpia, homey y un auténtico plus para nuestra familia (un católico devoto) como hay un altar 🙏🏻💗 El anfitrión que no nos ofreció el manto extra, y toallas, aunque llamamos dos veces. Nos llamamos y nos dijeron y nos confirmaron que nos proporcionarían las toallas, pero nada se le ofreció a pesar de algunos seguimientos hechos.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

I booked two beds, but I heard later that a staff member accidentally assigned my reservation to someone else. They explained that Trip.com bookings don’t update accurately or quickly in their system. As someone who regularly stays here, this experience is really disappointing. I expected better consistency, especially since I’ve never had issues with my bookings before. I booked early specifically to avoid problems like this because I trust your establishment. However, your staff told me that I booked late, which contradicts the confirmed reservation I received online. How do you explain a confirmed booking being treated as late when it was already secured through the system?

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de O.Gigantes, y se ha vuelto a vivir durante otros 3 días. En la habitación, champú, pasta dental, papel higiénico y agua en botellas, el desayuno es muy saturado y delicioso.
