Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. La ubicación es buena, está cerca de la ciudad donde puedes comer, beber, relajarte y comprar recuerdos. De hecho, está a poca distancia. El único problema es que el agua del grifo es salada.

The place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

Entonces sa gabi sinasarado nila yung principal valve ng tubig kesio nakakalimutan daw ng huésped na nakabukas daw yung gripo. E pano makakalimutan eh pinapatay nga nila yung principal válvula. So dapat lagi may ipon ng tubig para incase na patayin nila yung tubig eh makalig ka pa rn. Lol. Sugiero que se recoja un depósito de 100 pesos que se recoge en la ciudad para la mababalik. Desde todos los vuelos de salida sa Siargao ay Umaga y llegada pa sila alrededor de 5am entonces la joven casa principal es nakalock así que yo supongo que la joven 100pesos na kinolect es parang payment na rin sa key duplication así si alguna vez na matap din kayo sa gaung situación eh wag niyo ng Iwan Sa room Yung susi at Itapon Niyo Nalang.

El hotel está en el centro. El cuarto es simple con comodidad (douche en el cuarto). Todo es simple y limpio. Si quieres silencio, no será. En el primer piso, donde cantan hasta las 12:00, pero no me hacía estreñir. Muy fresco hostesa Phili, alegre, me trataba caliente. Fed, regaló pequeños regalos. A veces me llevó a las playas.
