That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. 보홀 여행하시는 분들께 도움이 될까하고 후기 남깁니다. 1.위치 : 알로나 비치에서 멀리 떨어져있다보니 마사지 무료픽업 드랍에 편도 300페소 추가해서 이동했어요. 2.시설 : 룸컨디션 너무 좋고 밝아서 화장하기에도 최고였어요. 매트랑 침구도 좋았고 싱글에 베게를 2개씩 주어서 쾌적했어요. 3. 수영장 : 물이 깨끗하고 수시로 관리를 하고 있어서 물놀이하기 넘 좋았어요. 다른 리조트에서는 물에 아예 안들어 갔거든요. 4. 식사 : 조식포함이었는데 간단하지만 포만감있게 맛있었고 그 외 식사들도 언제든지 주문해서 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 맛있었어요. 5. 서비스 : 직원들 모두 친절하고 번화가가 아니라 가까운 곳은 호텔 픽드랍을 해 주었고 먼곳은 툭툭이를 불러줬어요. 그랩은 잘 안불러짐. 6. 총평 : 조용하고 편안하게 쉬고 싶을 때 또 묵고 싶은 리조트이지만 번화가랑은 멀어서 불편한 점도 있었어요. 물놀이 하기에 좋은 리조트이고 편도 400페소로 ICM에 쇼핑하러 다녀왔는데 가까운 곳에서 돌아다니며 노는 걸 좋아해서 다시 알로나비치 쪽으로 숙소를 옮겨서 놀았어요. 주변이 산이라 모기가 너무 많아서 하루에 약 10마리는 잡은 것 같아요. 전기모기향을 요청해서 피해를 줄이세요ㅜ 추천하고싶은 리조트이고 모기가 최고의 단점인 리조트입니다.

The best thing about the place was the very friendly owner. Any question I had she answered patiently. I wanted to book a day tour and she literally did everything for me and had it ready. Same when I wanted to go diving. A sweet and helpful woman. The place’s location is right on the water. A beautiful place to watch the sunset. But, it is very far from anything and the road nearby is pretty terrible. The room was nice (they upgraded me for free), but the WiFi didn’t work in the room and there were many ants in the bathroom when I first arrived. AC was great. Bed was great. Not really any staff around ever which was kind of weird to be honest. The place has its ups and downs but owner is so lovely.

La granja de Coco es un hermoso albergue, Uriel es muy apasionado por el lugar y hace un gran trabajo para asegurarse de que sus huéspedes obtengan lo que necesitan de su estancia. Por ejemplo, hacen las visitas de reserva increíblemente cómodas y caras. El ambiente es hermoso y tranquilo.Está rodeado por la naturaleza y te hace sentir como si estuvieras en la selva. Así que este es un lugar perfecto para los amantes de la naturaleza que quieren una estadía relajada, pero social. El hotel ofrece unas cenas familiares cada noche y tiene un desayuno saludable y elegante cada mañana.

Loved this place. We stayed 4 nights and it was great fpr a chill put. Good choice of daily breakfast included and unlimited decent coffee. A good menu for drinks and food for lunch and dinner. Great pool and games area. The room was huge. 2 double beds, plenty of storage space and balcony. Shower was both hot and cold water, fridge and kettle in the room. Local shops and restaurant hub within walking distance. Scooter rental and laundry 2 minute walk away. Beach 20 minute walk, would recommend a scooter or tricycle to access other beaches for variety. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay

location with access to the beach is great unfortunately the room available at that time was a standard room, too narrow for three beds to fit front office didn’t mention about extra amenities in the hotel like a live band in the evening or fireworks by the beach; we also missed to ask though premises has a very well manicured garden especially the green sprawling grass, the parking space is very limited to about 20 vehicles or less towels look shabby and off-white already, needing replacement in fairness, ala carte food is well prepared and tasty, though the complimentary buffet breakfast is just average sausage, fish, pork and eggs all in all, the Mexican/Mediterranean vibes of the place makes it unique from other resorts, especially that it has a Dino Park nestled around the well kept trees and gardens
